Food is hit or miss, sometimes its good and sometimes it bad. It needs to be a little more consistent. The service on the other hand is consistently bad. They really need to step it up. No need to be rude.

We were staying overnight at one of the nearby hotels and decided on dinner here. Since we are both vegetarians, we decided this Chinese restaurant would be the best option nearby. When we first walked into this restaurant on a Sunday evening, and it was half-full of Asian clientele, my thought was - "Awesome, we're eating here!" Unfortunately, I cannot... More

On the plus side - the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. But the portions were a bit skimpy and the flavors were nothing to write home about. With the number of really good Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area, the competition is fierce. We had Sesame Chicken and Salt & Pepper Prawns. The chicken was... More

This is what we used to eat years ago and have missed with the advent of 'modern' cuisine. A happy smiley waiter and great salt & pepper prawns, spare ribs and noodles preceded by hot and sour soup. Mmm, yummy.

This was easily in walking distance of our hotel. We enjoyed our food and the price was very reasonable. We might have enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal, but such is not served there. However, we were quite happy to have gone there.

We had dinner delivered to our hotel. The meal was delicious. We had orange chicken, cashew chicken, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. They were all tasty especially the orange chicken. Egg rolls were crispy and tasty. Small soups were huge but different than I am used too. Still good though. Delivery came fast and was free .

We arrived in the late evening at La Quinta Inn West. After reading the menu we decided to go to Chef Wang. Its about 2 minutes by feet and the restaurant looks well-grommed. We ordered for to go. Minimum order value for deliver service is about 20$. Our meal was very tasty and cooked with fresh vegetables. The prices are... More

We checked in late at the LaQuinta and was told Chef Wang was opened until 10. We got there at 9:30 and you could tell they were close to closing but had no issues accomodating us and gladly took our order. The food was delicious and we will go back.

We ordered the family dinner. My husband wasn't very hungry and the waiter said it wasn't too much.We had more food than we could eat! The soup was served in a large bowl and we each had at least 2 bowls. It was excellent wanton soup. The fried rice was not what we were used to but very good. The... More
