I've visited this restaurant many times when I'm in the Menlo Park area. I've always received excellent service, and the food has always been good. On a recent trip, I had their banana pecan Belgian waffle, and it was excellent. I added a side of bacon, and it was the thick meaty kind, not the 80% fat that some places... More

Love this place for breakfast! Their waffles always come out crisp and hot, the pancakes are to die for (especially the lumberjack), and the yogurt sundae is so good! It's a great place for catching up with friends or getting closer as a family.

Fine but nothing special pretty much sums up this restaurant. We got pancakes and eggs and they were average quality. The service was fine but again nothing special.

My wife and I have had breakfasts here in the past and enjoyed them immensely. This time, we showed up just after two o'clock (they close at two-thirty) and enjoyed a nice lunch. I would call it a light lunch, but it was anything but light. My wife had to carry out half of her Monte Cristo sandwich, salad and... More

Even after having been there three years ago, my husband remembered this place and specifically requested our son to take us here. Breakfast at Stacks is a never to be forgotten experience. I had the bacon, mushroom, cheese scramble. Our server knew exactly what I wanted when I requested a soft scramble. Delicious! Wish we lived closer!

My family went there for a brunch and apart from the 45 minute wait for a table it was very good. I couldn't resist having a short stack alongside an omelette but this was a mistake as the pancakes were huge! Overall a good place to enjoy good food.

The food here is decent, but nothing special and a little overpriced. Usually this place is really crowded on Saturday mornings. It's basically THE breakfast place in downtown Menlo Park.

Service - terrible. Waited so long for food, we had to go ask if our waiter had forgotten about us. Coffee was terrible. The rest of the food was average or less - except for the bacon, which was very nicely done. *** Rest Rooms are DISGUSTING. Most freeway gas stations are cleaner and better maintained. **
