Well established seafood restaurant that my family has enjoyed for years. Combined with a good fish market.

Cook's Seafood is popular place to go for lunch. I like to go there and have their tuna fish sandwich. One orders at the counter and then they deliver to one's table. The fish in the fish market area of Cook's is excellent. I usually buy some if I stop here to enjoy for a meal which I will cook... More

Food is good, but the Fish Market is the place to go if u want some fresh fish or crab. Good value and u don't hv to pay the high market prices. i picked up a couple of crabs....yummy

If fish and chips is what you're craving, then this is your place! The ambiance is kind of lacking in the restaurant, but the food makes up for it. The thick cut fries are amazing! The seafood counter has always been my go to when I lived in Menlo Park. They have a good selection and always give good recommendations... More

Cook's is what can I say, my absolute favorite restaurant at 53 years of age! I can say that with confidence. Its not fancy, but its clean and a bit kitchey with the fish theme and all but I kinda like it! Ya have to like blue! Still, you don't go here for the ambience. You go for the best... More

Halibut slice was paper thin in thick batter. When I mentioned my shock, there was no offer to make it better. They said Salmon portion was the same. Do not bother to stop here. Too pricey, Tiny portions.

Amazingly fresh and well cooked fish. Low key atmosphere, order at counter, and food is brought to your table. Love the thick tasty fries, and fish is always cooked to perfection. Great place for a casual quick neighborhood dinner - or lunch. There are good salads on the menu, if you want to watch your waistline or have a lighter... More

This is my second time having dinner at Cook's Seafood My husband and I had a 2 piece fish and chip dinner with cold slaw. Our total was $21. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. The fish was perfectly cooked. The fries were the thick/steak fries. The cold slaw was excellent; not too mayonnaisey and... More

I've probably been to this restaurant a hundred times. It is consistently outstanding! The local halibut and chips is a real favorite as is the mixed crab and shrimp louie salad. The fish, no matter what the preparation, is super fresh and this is the basis for everything good that goes on here. The restaurant is twinned to a fresh... More

I stop in occasionally for some chowder (tasty) and some fish & chips (very tasty), but mostly I come to Cook's to buy oysters, local crabs, and other seafood to take home and prepare myself. Fresh high quality seafood handled by professional fishmongers. Always clean -- never a fishy smell like some places and the product doesn't taste like refrigerator... More
