Best!

This is my favorite place to come and enjoy my days off! You can sit outside and soak up the sun while enjoying an ice cold glass of iced tea and the best sandwich in the Bay Area! The Jarlsberg Sandwich also known as the Catz Sandwich, it is incredible!! I drive all the way to Palo Alto just to... read more

Okay cafe. The best part is that they have a large indoor and outdoor seating area near a fountain. Other than that, food and coffee is like what you can get at a Starbucks. Free wifi (but you can get that at Starbucks too).

Cafe Barrone is my favorite lunch and breakfast place on the penninsula. And I am not alone. Expect 10 deep lines at most times of the day, sometimes even more. But it's worth the wait. You order at the counter and are given a number which servers use to deliver your food. For the life of me I don't understand... More

We have going to Cafe Borrone since it opened in circa 1990. Our son, now 26 was in his stroller and we would go to have breakfast and read the Sunday paper (print back then). We have watched the restaurant continue to expand over the years and have watched the Borrone children grow up and start their own restaurants. Borrone... More

Café Borrone is consistently a favorite. The food, coffee, atmosphere, staff are all wonderful. Their outdoor patio is huge and they allow dogs so we are regulars.

My go to coffee here is the Borgia, chocolate and orange in coffee, so much better than a mocha in my book. There is almost always a line sometimes long, lots of outside seating. It's just a fun place to meet people, bump into people and have a bite or just a drink.

Good place to grab a drink with friends and sit outdoors, but not a destination for food. Limited me it and recommended sandwich wasn't that good.

This place is extremely popular with lines out the door. I rarely go however. I just don't see the attraction... except for the fact that it is one of the very few places in Menlo Park that has outdoor seating. As mentioned the lines are long, and at peak times (lunch, brunch on the weekends) it is hard to find... More

We happened to stumble across this place just walking around and decided to give it a try. Boy are we glad we did. We arrived for breakfast and we're unsure of what to order because everything looked fantastic. Our cashier Jenna gave us some recommendations and she was on point. Jenna recommend the French Toast which was absolutely delicious. It... More

We went to Cafe Borrone for the first time for lunch. It was a few minutes before noon and the line was out the door. We couldn't read the hand-written menu boards from that far away so we took turns saving our place in line while the other walked up close enough to read the menus. It seemed odd that... More
