Description: Shiok! Singapore Kitchen offers a selection of authentic Singaporean food in a casual and friendly environment. We hope you will enjoy our home-cooked flavors and find it a Shiok experience too. Singapore is a multi-ethnic society made up of Chinese, Malay, and Indian, whose immigrant forefathers brought with them rich food traditions from across Asia. Typical Singaporean food is thus an exciting blend of culinary heritage based on some of Asia's greatest cuisine. This combination creates a unique and dynamic flavor more lively and far richer than the traditions from which they stem.

Wow, this place must have changed owners. I remember it being so much better. The roti prata was okay, but the veggie stir fry was tasteless. I think I'll skip it next time, although they still get some good reviews so maybe it's just highly dependent on what you order.

I love the atmosphere - it's family, it's groups, and it's couples. The menu is pretty comprehensive, covering a variety of flavors from Singapore. It seems that if this place were better known, it would be packed. I've gone for lunch, dinner and take out. It's hard to order gluten free, due to the sauces.

The food is pretty authentic, yummy noodles and great clay pot. We came at the end of lunch, and missed out on the laksa, but I am told it is something you have to try! Well next time.

I had never had Singaporean food before, and I was a little disappointed with it. I ordered the sea bass in banana leaf, and it was not very flavorful and it didn't satisfy me. The sweet rolls were just OK. Service was very slow.

We ordered laksa, coconut shrimps and samosa. The laksa is good but im looking for a minty-spicy taste, im used to. The samosa is also.good but its more of potato than beef. My bf loved it so i guess we're coming back :)

Great little place. Kids like the lichee drink. I couldn't take it!

My buddy and I just discovered this small gem, even though it has been on a side street off the main Santa Cruz Ave for 8 years. The food was creative and refreshing, which was even more noteworthy since it was a Monday night. Service was excellent and friendly. The interior is small but nicely decorated. But be forewarned, the... More

There are better choices out there if you crave for Singaporean dishes, i.e. Spice Islands Cafe in Mountain View.
