If you like pork chops, these are the best I've ever tasted! Brined in cider to make them really moist, served with a wonderful sauce and attractive presentation--they came with nicely roasted brussell sprouts (which even my son liked) and slices of apple. Great menu, tons of really good wines by the glass. Short Ribs to die for. Mac and blue cheese, yum! Attentive, on-the-spot, but not bothersome service. Great experience all around.
