Had a good breakfast here. I was really impressed that the kids menu portions were huge and the prices were great! Food was really good too.

I'm going to mention a few things I was disappointed with at this restaurant: 1.) When we walked in we were not acknowledged by the hosts right away as they were preoccupied with something. Recently had breakfast at this very pleasant restaurant .......the decor is lovely, very calming and comfortable. However, I requested tea and twice had to ask for milk. My mom and I stayed at the Stanford Park Hotel during a recent trip - and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant there. Friends and I have had three excellent dinner experiences here the past year. High quality food and consistently attentive service. The indoor dining area is quiet enough to enjoy our conversations but no one else's, and the hotel bar is very cozy and sophisticated. Service outside was a wee bit slow until we said something. I stopped in with a book club lunch group to try Menlo Grill again. New manager , Brian, took over in early Sept. ---great food, great service, and Brian stopped at tables to check on orders, served some himself--great spot for outdoor brunch also and we will be back!

Its a nice quiet restaurant with excellent service and attention to detail. Food choices are abundant and yet they have been carefully designed. Met Manager Brian who was very courteous and so is rest of the staff. They have indoors seating area, lounge / bar and outdoor courtyard seating.

The restaurant in the Stanford Park Hotel is open late which is great for us night owls. And it is so convenient for those of us staying at the hotel.
