Don't let the tacky decor turn you off! Celia's food is quite good Mexican food, and a good value. Servings are generous and the menu is huge! Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. very casual.

The chips were fresh, the service was friendly. The standard combinations were on the menu and good a la carte choices. We had a late dinner, after a late arrival into town and this was perfect. We are huge fans of Mexican food and this is a good place. Great value and fresh food.

Celia's is conveniently located about a three-minute walk from my house...convenient except for the fact that it's never worth going to. Also, don't try to eat your entire portion. My fiance regretted that decision for a full 24 hours. It's affected his eating habits ever since; he eyes food warily. Celia's plays dirty. The food is all right... The vegetarian burrito is really the only option on the menu for vegetarians (unless you're into lots and lots of cheese enchiladas), or... More

We tried different items and found the food to be great overall. The tamales had filling and were not all masa. Tthe tacos were large and filled. This restaurant is several steps up from the chain restaurants and had a hint of the old-style Mexican food I remember from my youth.

For a chain, Celia's does very well in keeping food items fresh. Service is efficient and friendly.
