Don't let the tacky decor turn you off! Celia's food is quite good Mexican food, and a good value. Servings are generous and the menu is huge! Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. very casual.

We tried different items and found the food to be great overall. The tamales had filling and were not all masa. Tthe tacos were large and filled. This restaurant is several steps up from the chain restaurants and had a hint of the old-style Mexican food I remember from my youth.
For a chain, Celia's does very well in keeping food items fresh. Service is efficient and friendly.
