Holly Molly!!!! The best authentic Caribbean food ever. My boyfriend is from Puerto Rico and he was instantly in love with this place. The place is really not presentable and there is no ambiance to speak of but the food is phenomenal. We had jerk pork, fried catfish and shrimp. All I can say, what lucks in fancy decor makes... We loved the food at this restaurant - it is so flavorful and has great spices. We had the curry goat dish and the oxtail dish - reminds me of my mother`s Caribbean cooking and just as good - highly recommend. The plaintains and fried dumplings are amazing!!

A small, hole in the wall place. You'll have to look for street parking. They have a few tables/chairs for maybe 20 people inside, and couple of plastic tables/chairs outside. If you come during lunch hour, expect to wait in line. Ordering is straight forward... pick from a menu written on a giant whiteboard behind the single cashier. Food is... More

This is a place to try out a local place, where if you like spicy food, can be a great eating experience. I have only been to the Menlo Park place, and it is a little hard to find. There is very limited parking, with a few parking spots in front. A small parking lot behind the place, not attached,... More

My colleagues took me to this place, what they called " a hole in the wall" kinda place. I really loved the food. This is a basic restaurant, you order your food on the counter and the menu is all up on the board apart from the pamphlets. The jerk chicken with plantation was really good. I'd love to eat... Great Jamaican spot in Palo Alto, good selection, friendly staff, great tasting..wish I had more time to go back for another trip. Had Jerk Chicken and Oxtail, well seasoned, extra jerk sauce on the side to 'kick it up a notch'. Enjoyed it !

Far superior to the "sister" restaurant in Palo Alto. I think the food is better at this location. The highlights for me: jerk chicken, pork, plantains, collards, festivals. I wish they had the pineapple ginger drink more often!

The atmosphere was great, very Caribbean. Food was excellent. I had fish with plantains and rice. Full of flavor, good mix of spices. Prices are good. I paid $13 for my meal.

Hold on to your coconuts, this place just might blow your taste buds. It is just so delicious. And unique. The food is spicy but not overly so, and so well-balanced with the cinnamony rice and beans, and the sticky-sweet plantains. And the salad, while certainly not the star, is a welcome and fresh addition to everything else on the... More

I was thrilled to find this place, I thought, and got meat patties to go. OMG, they were nasty. No flavor and the texture was like that of potted meat. I was so disappointed.
