A fabulous view but one of the worst dining experiences I've had in ages. The restaurant was dirty as was the cutlery and the staff's aprons. I'd hate to see the kitchen! My food was barely edible. It's cash only for some reason. more

Have been eating breakfast and lunch there for years and they never fail to satisfy. In a relaxing atmosphere at the top of the water tower steps, I usually get my favorite table along the windows facing up Main St. and out to sea.
