One block off Main, Cultured Affair is a basic deli style cafe that always puts together a great sandwich with some interesting soup options. If you aren't real hungry one sandwich may well serve two people. Reasonably priced in a town that can be very expensive.

I typically love to try new restaurants when I travel, but this place was so delicious, i returned for a second day! I had the Curried Chicken Salad and Parmesan Garlic Pasta, they were both superb! Friendly staff as well :)

Stopped in for lunch whilst wandering around town. I had a turkey sandwich and the significant other had a white bean turkey soup - both were excellent. Cool little outside seating area out back. Nice lady behind the counter serving it up. Would definitely go back!

This well hidden place has great soup and sandwiches. The decor isn't fancy, but the food is the star. Locals eat here. Tourists would if they knew about it and could find it.

Very friendly people and good food! They even gave us a treat for our dog and a fresh bowl of water. We had a sandwich and clam chowder. Chowder was great! had the cute garden courtyard to ourselves. Just right!

We just stopped in for some soft-serve ice cream one afternoon. There wasn't anyone else in the cafe, though there may have been more people sitting outside. Very friendly service, but the ice cream wasn't anything to rave about. It was $3 for a small ice cream. Remember to turn off your cellphones inside.

we liked the laid-back look of this place, and the people working there were super friendly. It has a bit of a hippie vibe which we liked. Unfortunately the food was not great - the bread on both our sandwiches was dry, the water they used to make tea was not hot so the tea didn't brew properly and my... More

We came well after lunch time and almost had the small place to ourselves. It is reached either from Main Street via a winding and climbing route or from a back street to the north that it borders. The palce is small and unpretentious. A slightly eclectic/hippie vibe made it fun. The food was better than one might have expected... More

The place oozes 60's hippy/save the planet but we were amazed when we were served soup, and not a generous serving, was in a paper bowl and the cutlery was plastic. Food was nice but there should have been a bit more generous in its serving.

I know that in many restaurants, you can't escape from the establishment without paying $10 for lunch. This one takes the cake though. The sandwich - turkey, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on wheat bread - was just a few cents shy of that threshold. There were no chips or fountain beverage to add value, however illusory, to my... More
