The food was quite sub-par and the service person misrepresented the "heat" of one of the dishes ... we asked if it was spicy and he said "no" which was just plain not true.

During our stay in Mariposa, we ordered twice from China Station as take out to our room! The service was good both times. We stuck to vegetarian choices - pad Thai, vegetable and bean curd curry, rice and the egg soup. All were good and kept us warm on very cold nights.

Most of the clients at this restaurant when we ate there were Oriental, which we took to be a very good sign! The service was polite and attentive, the food was very good and the price was fair. A very enjoyable meal.

We got the red and green sauce dishes. Drank 3 glasses of water to finish half of mine. Took the rest home and made two more meals out of it by adding vegetables and rice to it. Enjoyed it but it was spicy. The Chinese menu items not so spicy. My son had one of those and enjoyed it, he... More

We ate in this place on 11th of Aug this year. We were on a tour to Yosemite and the bus driver Leon was raving how he would be taking us to a wonderful town that serves up some spectacular food. He kept telling us how lucky we were as all the other bus drivers only stop at the highway... More

Ordered take out, or I would have sent my dinner back. My lemon chicken was all batter and very little chicken. Tuff and greasy. If your hungry, go to the local pizza shop, it was excellent.

It is always a good sign when you see Chinese people eating in Chinese restaurants. Our meal was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. Only downside - no prawn crackers... We would go back.

We ordered a bunch of veggie dishes and seafood soup. All the dishes were super, very delicious and filling. The place was flooded with people.

In Mariposa, if you want Chinese food, you have two choices: China Station, or wait for the weekly “Chinese day” at the Pioneer Market’s deli. Now, I like the food from the Pioneer’s deli, but a major featured dish on “Chinese day” is teriyaki chicken, which suggests that the management is unclear on the concept. So, we’re back to China...
