Stopped here by chance while on vacation and took the sandwiches to go. Every sandwich looked very original and my husband and I had a hard time choosing what to settle on. My kids on the other hand, (ages 3 and 7), didn't appreciate the ingredient combinations. The prices weren't too bad, but all you got was a sandwich, no... More

Great Lunch spot for sandwich or salads. Many house made items, pickles and sodas included. This will become a regular stop on our LA trips.

We were on a business trip and decided to stop here to check the place out. The staff were great, explaining the process, the options, etc. After ording our sandwiches, the woman at the sides counter allowed us to try whatever we wanted before making our selections, and then an option to buy a beer to go with the meal.... Mendocino Farms is a cafeteria style restaurants that offers organic, vegan and vegetarian meals and sandwiches. They also have some interesting sides. The food is OK but for me they are a bit overpriced for the size of the meals. I hate leaving a place still hungry...

Dang, I like this place! Was intimidated at first by the line out the door, but it moves quickly and the service (cafeteria style) is very pleasant. After all, there is a reason the line is out the door. The meats are fresh and flavorful (they smoke their own turkey breast on-site, none of that processed sliced nonsense) and the... More

This was my first stop and first meal (EVER!) in California. Do NOT be deterred by long lines on this eatery. It is WELL worth the wait! I ordered the Farmhouse Club and it was magical. The pickled red onions made the sandwich. The local-farm grown greens were tender. The seasonal strawberry lemonade was delicious as well. A great stop!

I popped in for lunch base on reviews from TA. I was recommended to try to Asian chicken salad, which was fresh and filling. While you wait, you can sample their freshly made sides and they are DELISH! I loved the Korean potato salad and a spicy couscous. A little costly for "fast food", but you pay for the quality... Based on Reviews we checked out Mendocino Farms. First impression is a bit overwhelming, the variety is vast and all sandwiches have an eclectic gourmet twist. We tried the Braised Lamb Sandwich and the BBQ Pulled Pork along with a side of Korean Potato salad. All food items were good and the service was superb. Not cheap but worth the... More

Read the reviews on TA & made the trek. Situated in waterside marina del Rey outdoor mall, next to Loft, walked in and ordered Turkey club. Tasty but nothing spectacular. Whats great about this place is they offer free samples of pork and salads at the register. Dont bother buying side salad. Be like the other tourists, and 'TRY' everything... More

Wow. The sandwiches here were awesome. A buddy and I stopped by for lunch and ordered the braised lamb and the almost fried chicken sandwich. We split them eating a half each. I started with the chicken sandwich and it was really good, but I switched over to the braised lamb halfway through which I thought was brilliant. It was... More
