Sorry america your tea making skills suck, lax Starbucks is very second rate even our coffee drinkers were not impressed. So few tables and chairs it was not a pleasant relaxing experience!

I go to this Starbucks everyday and the staff are really bad. After a couple of months going there everyday they still ask my name and then get it wrong 9 times out of 10. Also no bathroom...in this day and age....come on

A coffee shop that refuses to allow customers to use their restroom! Is this even legal in the state of California?

The person ringing us up couldn't figure out how to discount our order so she got a manager who proceeded to be a real jerk to us... More

If you are European and looking for good coffee, this is not a place to go. Coffee and the US should not be put... More

I am a starbucks fan, but the one on Washington is perpetually understaffed. I hate waiting and don't think I should have to for coffee, especially not on a Sunday morning.
