Small but very good is not outstanding.

My brother just reconfirmed my last findings this is a great place for breakfast. He like the apple fritters, but I prefer the crab omelet. The place is very small and fills up fast, but it is work the wait. A little hard to find.

I went there for breakfast based on high reviews. I was disappointed, finding it to be just ok. The staff was efficient but not at all personable. The food was fine; coffee not drinkable.

A good place to have breakfast. Small but charming with friendly staff. The have good basic breakfast items with creative items such as seafood omelet with hollandaise sauce, huevos rancheros with red beans. Large fluffy pancakes and big portions.

once we found it in the little strip mall, we were pleasantly surprised. We had breakfast there twice. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The apple fritters brought us back for the second time. Worth the trip to have a wonderful breakfast.

Wonderful food, exceptional breakfast choices. We had the crab cakes benedict and the seafood omelet, both were exquisite. Thank you!

This lovely little place has beautiful and delicious fare. Breakfast is sophisticated and they always have specials. Favorites include perfectly done Salmon Eggs Benedict and Mango Pancakes. Lunch with great salads, burgers, etc. is just as popular. There are always specials as well. And if you crave fresh fruit, their fruit plate is amazing. They do serve Dimner on Fridays... More

Four of us had a fabulous breakfast at Tico' s from the homemade orange marmalade to the roasted potatoes, to the French toast, to the chorizo omelette. I have to say that the mango pancakes were the best pancakes I ever had: light and fluffy and filled with fruit. The service was excellent: my coffee cup runneth over. Note that... More

Hidden in a strip mall is this great breakfast/brunch joint. We have always had a great meal here. Small and family friendly.

I enjoyed everything about this place: homemade marmalade, breakfast, fresh fruit and local hot sauce. I had crab cake benedict with homemade hollondaise. Service was great too. Like mom's cooking but better (sorry mom).

Found this place on Trip Advisor, Unpretentious decor, location, but really good food, service, and menu. Well worth the trip.
