Lovely atmospher great food!

The food was really great and the service was fantastic. We, the parents, had both oak grilled artichoked and the children had handmade grilled hamburgers with the bedt ever thin fries! The waitress was really attendant and we never had to wait for anything! Just a great place!!!

This is our family go to place in our home town of Manhattan beach...we go probably 10 times a year...also a full bar with top shelf brands in a wide variety, great aged scotch including Macallan 25 and I recall even seeing a 40 yr old Balvenie once... the bread plate is wonderful but don't fill up just on the... After a long day at work, a colleague set up a business dinner for 4 at this restaurant. I was expecting decent seafood based on the area and the fact that the restaurant was busy. Half of our party was late, but they were kind enough to allow us to sit anyway. Great service and fantastic atmosphere. We started with... More

I went here with 3 co-workers on a business trip because it was recommended on tripadvisor. We were impressed. The service was excellent and our server was friendly, funny, and had a great attitude. The food was well-worth the price and delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic, with fun but classy decor. Everyone enjoyed the classic rock music playing. All in... More

OK, we're, admittedly, East Coast cuisine snobs, NYC and Florida, but we were pleasantly surprised about the excellent seafood on the West Coast. Specifically, we took a bike ride from the Santa Monica Pier to Manhattan Beach, which undoubtedly heightened our appetites, but the salmon and fish and chips at the Rock'n Fish were really top notch. The fries were... More

We love their menu. Rock''n Fish replaced one of our favorite, the Hibachi. After having eaten there many times, we are happy Rock'n Fish moved it. Terrific restaurant.

The place is worth a visit. The service was good. It's a noisy and lively spot right up the hill from the Pacific. The patrons were conversational. Oysters on the half shell were fresh, and BBQ shrimp were very flavorful.

The place was crowded and we expected more in terms of food quality, but the food was mostly comfort food, and just average ... whereas prices are above average. The waiter was uninterested and mostly unhelpful. The margarita was way too sweet.

I just love the downtown area of Manhattan Beach because of the restaurants and bars not to mention the people. This restaurant is a must if you visit. Friends, clients or dates will love you for sharing Rock'N Fish with them. Enjoy!
