This place is a couple of steps near the water! Lots of people there to eat. Food is good & at great price. Only default, servers are a bit slow since there's lots of customers

On our way driving the coast south from Santa Monica someone recommended we stop for breakfast at Uncle Bill's. It was great! We arrived by 9:00 and as we were told, by 9:30 lineups were quite long. Great breakfast menu covering all the basics - eggs, omelettes, waffles, pancakes and more. My bacon and cheese omelette was as good as... More

This little pancake house 2 blocks off the ocean is a fantastic little find. We had breakfast there after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. My wife had banana nut pancakes and I had a cheese, onion, and mushroom omelet. Mine came with 2 pancakes and potatoes as well. The food was excellent and very reasonable pricewise for the LA... We had breakfast at Uncle Bill's on a Thursday. It was full but we managed to get an indoor table quickly. Staff was friendly and food was tasty. Atmosphere appropriately beach like, casual and easy going. Their omelets and hashbrowns were good.

I can't seem to show up for breakfast on time but the time waiting to be seated is a welcomed time to just chill, take in the beach air and sun, and smile! One block from the beach and be sure to request an outside table to feel the vibe of the day. It is that magical moment when you... More

I traveled to Los Angeles in June 2014. I had the pleasure of eating at Uncle Bill's twice for breakfast. The restaurant provide outdoor seating with great views of Manhattan Beach. I enjoyed the sour dough French toast with cheddar cheese and bacon. A strange combination in my mind at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed it so... More

I thought the food was absolutely amazing! It's a small place but has a great feel/atmosphere. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to get a seat, but it was worth it. I wasn't overly impressed with our waitress. Possibly just because they were so busy. I loved everything about this place! Highly Recomended!

Less than a block away from beach access Uncle Bill's is a must stop place before hitting the sand, the volleyball courts, and the water at Manhattan Beach. Get there at the right time or you may have to wait a bit for a table because there's not nearly enough seating for this popular hangout. Just hanging out and people-watching,... More

Uncle Bill's Pancake House is pure Manhattan Beach. It is small, crowded and filled with people of all ages. The food is great, the servers know what they are doing. Great beach town atmosphere with locals and visitors sharing smiles.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food was excellent. My wife and daughter had the pancakes, which they were still talking about days later. I had the ham and cheese omelet. It might have been the best omelet that I have ever had. I would recommend going early because the place did fill up quickly.
