We were staying in Manhattan beach for a few days and after walking around all the busy bars and restaurants we found this. We were very pleased. The service was a little awkward, when we walked in nobody really acknowledged us. But after we got seated everything was great! I got a chicken and mushroom crepe and my boyfriend got... More

My son and wife and myself decided we were in the mood for some crepes . . . after looking at the menu we decided that we would get a savory crepe and a dessert crepe and share them. The savory crepe had smoked salmon in it and was absolutely delicious ! The dessert crepe had nutella and strawberries which... More

We stopped here to meet some friends for breakfast before departing out of LAX. We were there fairly early on a Sunday (9:30) and we had no problem getting a table immediately. We all ordered coffee and then discovered that we could get a French press to share... so we ordered that instead... they accidentally brought out the individual coffees... More

This is a small restaurant, but very comfortable. The escargot were incredible! Just the right amount of garlic - not too much, not too little. It was served with slices of lightly toasted French bread. Wonderful! The seafood crepe - not so much. It was just OK. The crepe itself was a disappointment - non traditional. I will go back... I went for the sweet crepe - Quebec - with maple syrup and bananas, but the savoury options looked great too. Small restaurant with friendly staff.

Stopped here after seeing 'Les Mis' last night. The strawberry jam is the highlight of ALL of the Creme de la Crepe locations. We have tried this location, Hermosa Beach as well as the Riviera... My Provence omelette, which I had as a scramble, was delicious, but tepid. The potatoes were outstanding...perfectly cooked. Again, the jam is the highlight and... More

Busy weekend and we had to be to a kids' sports event in a couple of hours. I put our name on the wait list and we waited for over an hour. There was no place to sit so my daughter sat on some wood structure near the door and snagged up her pants with splinters. We finally ran out... More

This was a nice change from the other breakfast places in MB. If you like the feel of being in France for breakfast, this is the place. The omelets are perfect-recommend the De Valmy and the strawberry jam was excellent. The service was friendly without being intrusive. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

I love crepes but I recieved something that was a cross between paper towels and a bath mat. The crepe itself was a rough tasteless thing that I put on the side on the side of the plate. I am serious about the paper towel thing. AWFUL. Maybe it was buckweat ?? and I didn't know it ?? I love... More
