We bumped into this restaurant as we went to rent a surfboard accross the street. So we decided to give it a try after surfing and were so pleased that we went there again the day after. The place is very cosy, full of life and great food. The service is very friendly and the price really good. It's family... More

Just out for a beach walk we Literally stumbled onto the Fishbar. Everything about it was great. People were nice, service awesome and the food fantastic.

Great local restaurant, large full bar, multiple televisions for the sports enthusiasts and children friendly. Large menu with plenty of fresh fish prepared either simply over a mesquite or sautéed with different sauces. Active bar scene and happy hour in the afternoon. Fun Manhattan Beach restaurant.

The Fish Bar is a lively bar/restaurant with excellent seafood. The atmosphere is casual (televisions plastered all over the walls are distracting even with the sound muted), but the menu is sophisticated, varied and interesting, service is very good, and prices are reasonable. Both of our entrees were delicious (coconut-crusted mahi mahi, and seared ahi tuna) – perfectly prepared with... More

Excellent service and wonderful calamari. Ate there for lunch. Sit on the patio and enjoy the weather. Had the fish tacos and they were good not great. The lobster bisque is really flavorful with lots of lobster. Laid back yet a touch of elegance. 3 miles or so from LAX and short walk to the beach.

Ate here for the 1st time this week. Had the fish and chips, with sweet potato fries and they were great. I wish there was more fish though!! The wine and beer list was extensive as well with plenty of options. They also had lots of specials to choose from which is great to see. I would certainly return without... More

Found this restaurant on yelp and were so happy we made it over. The food was absolutely fantastic (we highly recommend the salmon chowder, especially) and reasonably priced. Our server was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. No problems parking and great location. Would go there again.

I LIVE for fish tacos. Sad, but true!!! It has been a never ending quest. Until yesterday. I went to Fishbar for an early dinner, and saw fish tacos on the menu. The server, who was fabulous and very helpful, touted them highly, so I was off and running. When I took my first bite, I realized that I had... More

Fun bar/ restaurant with great fresh fish dishes. You can also watch all your favorite sports here as TVs are on and everywhere -- they don't take reservations but wait is not that long and worth it.
