Good food at a terrific neighborhood restaurant. Excellent nearby parking. Our server was very helpful and efficient. The pesto pasta with added chicken and the Mediterranean platter with chicken skewers were both very good and the portion size very generous. Both dishes came with a salad - nice touch. I also ordered the vegetable soup - ver fresh and tasty.

We've been coming to Coogies for years - it's great for families and larger groups as well as couples (but not really a date place). Great breakfasts, lunches and decent dinner entrees. Also has lots of healthy options for all meals. Also, it's got easy parking - no charge and no valet, but a large parking lot available. Also like... More

Came here for brunch on the weekend. Nice setting but let down horribly by poor food and slow service. For the price, the food should be so much better. This place used to be great! Thumbs up to the Manager for listening to my complaint and responding very professionally. Not recommended.

We were staying at the Comfort Inn across the road and were walking past so stopped in for dinner. Had the Rosemary Chicken..yummy! Suffice to say we ate there 5 times in total 1 lunch and 4 dinners. Had something different each time. My partner had the Blackened Chicken pasta twice said it was delicious..Bottom line can't fault anything we... More

After a couple of hours on the nearby beach, this was very convenient. It turned out to be a great meal too. My wife and I both ordered BLTs with turkey bacon (you can have regular bacon as well) on chiappetta bread. The sandwiches came with an abundance of crisp bacon. I also had a glass of freshly squeezed orange... More

Driving down Malibu it's hard to know what's good and what's not. We pulled into a small plaza like mall to grab lunch and stumbled upon "Coogies." It seemed busy and bustling with people. I'll take that as a good sign. Ample seating outside, but a lot of dog owners dining with their pets in tow, which I can do... More

But if it's packed, service slips. It's a great family breakfast/lunch spot and everything on the menus is great. I recommend outdoor seating if it's a beautiful day.

After a very tiring, but exciting surf session in Malibu (it was the biggest swell in years), we headed to Coogies for healthy salads. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the hostess and by our waitress, who then made our lunch experience a very pleasant one. The chicken and the albacore salads were delicious, freshly prepared... More

First, the burgers are either Niman Ranch beef or bison - yum! The patty melt with swiss & onions on rye bread was really good. The Coogie burger also good. Sweet potato fries so yummy! The white sangria was ok - got a pitcher, but value-wise, it might have been better to order by the glass (very small pitcher). Nice... More

Wilfredo meets you amicably at the door...After being seated in the surrounding ambiance you have to decide on what item to chose off of their delicious menu. Decisions decisions , but never fear it's all good looking fun. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the gluten-free chocolate cake with fruit and chocolate sauce. Even if you have no need to...
