The location is beautiful but the service, food and drinks sucked. I could have made a better mojito and shrimp scampi at home. I was very disappointed that I paid as much as I did for mediocore food. I recommend either going to Malibu Seafood which is better food at a better price or spending a little more and going... more

I have given this place several chances. The view is pleasant and you WANT it to be wonderful. But, they don't even read confirmed reservations/requests. Then they run around scrambling when you get there with your party of 15. The waiters there systematically overcharge (so check you bill item by item -- they will feign 'surprise' when you find they've... more

If your looking for elegance or a quiet relaxing meal, Paradise Cove is not for you. But if you're looking for tons of Malibu Beach atmosphere, want to order a cocktail or a meal and eat it on a table in the sand while people watching on the pretty private beach, then this is the place! It's also kid friendly... more

Paradise Cove Beach Cafe is located at Paradise Cove. Parking can be tricky when busy and in season. Parking is also used by beach goers and can be very expensive if you forget to validate. Views are beautiful. You can enjoy a drink outside while watching the activity on the beach before you. Great people watching! Inside, there are complimentary... more

I am from Cincinnati Ohio, and I am really surprised!!! I thought backward sophistication and high prices came on the West Coast. 25.00 a meal is not expensive people..They have the best calamari that I would feel free to pay all day long for an appetizer. I love the beach sitting and yes you can walk around and get your... more

I went with my husband and two colleagues a few days ago. I had a very acceptable glass of the house red wine. One person had the fish salad which he described as excellent and our other companion had a huge bowl of mussels which he too thoroughly enjoyed. My husband and I had grilled sword fish which was very... more

I have loved to go to Paradise Cove for about 2 years now! I meet friends, usually for lunch, and get to take in the scenic ocean and get to eat the best salad bar ever! My friends order something seafood-like, which they rave about. The dessert is always something that we can never finish, because it is one of... more

After passing several private and closed-to-public beaches along the road, the sign for Paradise Cove Beach & Cafe: Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner looks tempting. You will probably miss the small print on these signs advertising parking fees: yes it is $3 only if you spend at least $20 in the restaurant. Otherwise it is $25... parking in Downtown LA is way less expensive.... more

I ordered the fish tacos as to avoid the plethora of deep fried stuff that dominates the menu. Something on my plate gave me disabling food poisoning. I know that it was this meal, as it was dinner and I had not eaten since being at the Getty in LA that morning. We sat inside and it was dark out... more

It starts with the paid parking. The drinks are weak and flat. Get a beer at least it is cold. The food is very weak at best. N ice beach, but it won't make up for the poor serviceand food you wish you did not eat later. Locals avoid it. more
