Psychotically huge servings

In theory, this place is a terrific beach bar and restaurant. Yeah, a little touristy but not Walk of Fame touristy. The problem is the size and, therefore, price of the servings. It's maybe okay for a group who can split a few things but for two people, it's unmanageable. $20 bucks for a... read more

We came upon this place, parking is $40 for non-restaurant eaters for 4 hours. If you spend $30 in the restaurant, you pay $3 for parking for up to 4 hours. Restaurant is dated, food prices are so crazy (a ice burg lettuce wedge salad is $10), our bill was $53 for a ice burg lettuce salad, a bowl of... More

Let me start by saying I love Paradise Cove beach and in the summer, I love the beach bar when it's open, as you can buy bottles of beer, refreshments and simple snacks like fish tacos and fries. I love the adirondack chairs that face the ocean and the chill vibe overall. The restaurant however needs a visit from Restaurant... More

I stopped in here with the guys from work for lunch as a recommendation as a 'must do'. I was not disappointed. We sat outside on the sand on a beautiful Malibu afternoon and heard the waves crash as we enjoyed a great lunch. The selections are a bit pricey for a regular lunch but good for the special occasion... More

My girlfriend and I stopped here whilst travelling from Los Angeles to Cambria. We pulled in to the car park and were astonished to see that they wanted to charge non-patrons $40 for parking!! I asked one of the staff members and they said if you spend over $30 on food then the parking was I think $4, I thought... More

I visited the cafe after a solo day of sight seeing in Malibu. I was told there would be a 20 min wait for an outdoor table, but it turned out to be only a 5 min wait, which was great! My server Taylor was pleasant and friendly and sat me at a table outdoors. Although I was there solo,... More

Brilliant location on the beach...food is simple but clean flavours abound...lobster was oustanding and reasonably priced. nothing bad to say....it's out of the way but so worth the drive to the little gem -un pretentious and delicious. Good service to boot.

This place is perfect for a beach cove restaurant. The ambiance is not too upscale so you feel comfy in your shorts, the décor is historical snapshots of the area ... but that's not why you should go here. Go for the food! The delicious, perfectly cooked, served-with-a-smile, INCREDIBLE seafood. We had a family group of 14 and every single... More

We wanted to come here for the views and because it was on the ocean. however, due to traffic, it was dark by the time we got here. What a wasted evening!!! T Sohere menu works well if you have a huge family to feed, but they are not couple friendly at all You can't even get a cup of... More
