Great Find while crusin

We were driving from LA to Ventura and saw this spot. It is a very campy fish place and reminded me of true Fish Camp restaurants in Florida. The menu is varies and you pick your "cut" of fish and then decide if you want it grilled, fried, Cajun style or whatever. Then pick 2 from an assortment... read more

. Laid back, great fish. Hard to drive past once you've been in once. Fish is cooked frsh and tastes delicious. Don't underestimate simple well-cooked food.

We really enjoyed this casual, welcoming seafood pub. There was a great selection of fresh seafood to chose from, then chose the method of cooking, order at the hatch, wait for your name to be called and collect your food. Husband really enjoyed his sword fish, I though my prawns were great and son enjoyed his US version of 'fish... More

I loved this place. Just a fun, warm atmosphere. Casual and a great menu. The food was good, not extraordinary but simple and good. Good fish tacos. Again not the best but above average...a little bit plain for my taste with a bit too much mayo. We loved sitting in the back patio area under the twinkling christmas lights. Loved... More

My husband had been here a few years back and remembered it being much better than this trip. Very casual, order and pick up food at the counter. The seafood my husband had was very fresh but also very bland. Chicken tenders I had we're also very bland. The drink menu was very odd, they have beer and wine but... More

Choose what you want from the boards on the wall while waiting in line. Loads of great options at good prices. The line moves quick and they will call your name once ready. Food was good, fresh, and very tasty! Tip: the parking looked like it was going to be a nightmare but it was super easy if you valet.... More

This place is full of character and the food it great. Lots of fresh fish on display at the counter. Choose your dish from the blackboards and head over to the till to order. The crab cakes are really good and the prawns too. Portion sizes are generous so make sure you are hungry!

We were looking for a seafood restaurant on the coast and found it. It's only one mile north of the Getty Villa. Great selection; you could eat here every day for a month and not eat the same thing twice.

great place, great food. Very fond of the fish that comes directly from the Ocean. You can choose your fish, and have it cooked. You really can order what you feel like, and be delighted. Great people, very professional and friendly.

What you'd expect from a beachside seafood restaurant. We tried a little bit of everything - clam chowder was very creamy with lots of clams. Raw oysters were very fresh. The Calamari & Chips, Oysters & Chips and Crab Cake entree were all solid choices. Portions here are HUGE! Food is very filling. Prices are reasonable for the amount and... More
