We love this place, and stop every chance we get. It is usually crowded, and there is a reason for that. My h had the fish and chips and I had the scallops both were delicious. Crisp on the outside juicy and tender inside. They really know how to cook seafood. We also had the clam chowder. It was pretty... More

Started the day with a 6 mile hike and worked up a good sweat in the adjacent hiking trails. Paid $5 to park for the day which was the cheapest parking anywhere in the LA area for us that week. Waited 15 minutes on line savoring amazing smells. Our group order chowder, fish tacos, shrimp, scallops and fired fish. All... More

Staying in Malibu with a friend and we stopped in here one evening for our seafood fix. It was my first visit here and I ordered a basket of fried shrimp, fish, calamari and scallops. The shrimp were my absolute favorite in the basket, followed by the calamari and then the fish. The scallops were drippy when you bit into... More

Without even venturing in the restaurant itself I had a great time here! Our order was called in and while waiting a very short time at such a busy place I got to hear about the storied Malibu RV Park just up the hill and enjoy yet more beautiful beach views. We took our food a bit further up PCH... More

Great food, great value, very casual environment. Not stuffy or overpriced! Views fantastic. Very busy but service was fast.

We stopped at Malibu Seafood on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. It was awesome. I had the crab salad, which had the freshest crab meat I have ever tasted. My husband had the grilled scallops, which he said were amazing too. Loved the outside tables that overlook the ocean and casual atmosphere. It took about... More

Had the 1-piece fish and chips with coleslaw. The fish and tarter sauce were very good (light, tasty batter) though the fish stick on steroids portion was small. The chips were nothing special. Good coleslaw and a generous portion. Across the highway from the ocean. Pagers alert to when your food is ready. Parking is a challenge. Washroom on site... More

This place was so awesome. The menu was extensive and the food fantastic!! Best grilled scallops I have ever had. The potato salad I have had besides mine :) Hush puppies were yummy too. When I'm in the area again I will be sure to stop!

Went to this restaurant from all the rave reviews on Trip Advisor. The seafood was average, the parking was awful and it was hard to get a seat at a picnic table. Not worth the aggravation - find another place with sufficient parking and better food.
