We had scheduled dinner for the 4 of us after reading the reviews on TA. Patio Dining at its best with lovely ambiance. Our waiter was pleasant but once a large group arrived for a BD celebration near us, we were largely ignored. Long waits between visits and no eye contact when presenting the bill. Perhaps a conscience. Food was... More

After wanting to come here for so many years finally the hubby took me here for dinner for our anniversary. Great food good service wonderful location perfect ambience. Everything was perfect but I wish it would've been daylight so I could've seen how close we were to the ocean . That would have topped it off! It is kind of... More

I always tell my clients that Geoffrey's is the best spot for a romantic dinner. The service is very good, the food is good, if overpriced, but the location makes the pricing work!

This place was everything I hoped Malibu would have to offer, stunning ocean views, sophisticated yet unpretentious surroundings, and a lovely summer menu with refreshing beachy cocktails. The service was fantastic, very personal and the waiter took time to find out where we'd travelled from (Manchester, UK). The food was high quality with fresh ingredients. The valet was a welcome... Driving up Highway 1 through Malibu we have often driven past Geoffrey's, but we decided to stop in to see what it was like. We were pleasantly surprised to see a spectacular ocean view. The service was exceptional and the food was incredible. Save room for desert as they have one of the best Creme Brulee recipes with the Creme... More

Trendy little spot on the PCH that has fantastic views of the ocean. We went for a special occasion and it was worth it. Fun dishes and good presentation of plates. I had some delicious oysters, very hearty, not too salty and liked the accompaniments Geoffrey's provides. It was a bit expensive so I wouldn't go all the time but... More

The view is out of this world. The food is great, and not nearly as expensive as it should be, given the location. Even though you're not rushed, you wish the service was slower so the whole occasion lasted a bit longer :-) The best location in Malibu. You'd be foolish not to go. It gets busy so have a... More

Geoffrey’s is an awesome restaurant by the shore of PCH in Malibu. The highlights: ocean view is spectacular, great service from our servers Sunny and Lupe, great food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere stands out for being open, welcoming and cool. Valet parking available.

Amazing ocean front views and sea breeze. Loved the european feel of the crisp white building on the bluffs. Food was delicious too.

Staying in Malibu

Neighborhood Profile
Malibu
The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush, green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted with stunning rock formations. In certain areas, where the ocean waves are just right, surfers can be seen bobbing in the water. Up in the mountains to the east hikers take in truly stunning views of the ocean and the sprawling Los Angeles landscape. And along Pacific Coast Highway, restaurants are filled with visitors and locals from all walks of life. Stumble into the right place at the right time, and you’ll likely encounter a celebrity.
