Two weeks at Lost Hills

All recent food studies have been lost on Denny's. The inferior dated lighting the drab dreary dirty looking carpets upholstery color schemes all work against their food. Food is not bad and studies have shown surrounding make not bad food (real not chemical compounds) taste better by the brain triggering up the taste buds. We had such bad meals at... More

Very clean restaurant and the waitresses were friendly. Food is Denny's regular menu. We were fogged in on the I-5 so spent a bit of extra time at the restaurant. The coffee just kept pouring.

If you don't care to read the rest of my review, just do yourself a favor and SKIP this Denny's. We stopped on the the way from San Francisco to LA, just to catch up with a little food and rest. My wife, son and I all ordered a slice each of apple pie (easy, no?). Well we got all... More

My first warning should have been that it was located next to the horrible Days Inn (BEWARE!) but it's slim pickings in Lost Hills, CA. Breakfast was really greasy and the bacon tasted weird...I don't know that I want to know why. Needless to say, we didn't finish breakfast. To top it off, our waitress was not attentive at all.... The restaurant served good food. The person I traveled with got a sandwich that had moldy bread. The manager replaced the sandwich but it left a bad feeling. The waitress was nice and did a good job.

Consistent mediocrity. Very attentive staff. Walking distance from motel. Might be the #1 restaurant in town, but it is Lost Hills....

Due to our constant retired status we travel frequently and we eat at restaurants a bunch. This trip found us eating fairly early so we chose Denny's, Lost Hills, Ca. What a treat! The restaurant was very clean. The server (Grecia M) was phenomenal and very friendly. The food was delivered fast and hot and the coffee tasted great. On... More

No other place around besides fast food joints. At least we got a decent meal in a one horse town. I would go back. Service was good

Unless you just want fast food this Dennys is the only full service retaurant in Lost Hills. But the service is friendlier than most Dennys and the food is good. I have eaten here at least 20 times in the past 40 years and I've never had anything to complain about.
