As a local resident, I shutter to downplay this place. Two of us had two different "starters" and then a spinach salad. It was good, not great! The most surprising fact was their "book" of wines. Upon perusal, I told the server that their wines were VERY expensive. His response was the "Wineries are charging more, so we have to... More

We LOVED this little restaurant and would definitely eat here any time we are in the area and highly recommend it. They have a wonderful varied menu and being vegetarian, they also had a large variety of choices (not always easy to find) for us as well.

First I must say that I really liked this place if it wasn't for the prices. We sat outside for a late light lunch, and enjoyed the calm of the little town of los Olivos (there's almost no traffic on the street). There was live music inside in the tasting room; we ended not ordering wine because I felt the... More

Had a fantastic lunch here while visiting Los Olivos. My friend and I chose to sit inside since the afternoons are pretty hot here, even though the outside terrace is shaded. There was a nice crowd here, and the service was excellent. Freshly made panini and local olive oil is served with every meal. I chose the Cheeseburger and my... More

Great, great food and wine here. The cheese plate was impressive, the gnocchi had a perfectly creamy texture, and the short ribs were to die for. The "cafe scream" dessert was decadent and enormous. The Sideways tasting menu, which my wife ordered, was a great value. Plus the service was really friendly. And I did in fact drink a glass... More

Be sure to make reservations, especially if you want to sit in their outside patio. The food and service consistently exceed expectations, along with a great wine list of course!

Great service. Best tasting pizza I've ever had. I also had the Caesar salad. Lovely food and the restaurant was cozy. There was also an outside front patio for seating. The town was really nice ---like something out of a Western!
