We stayed at Fess Parker Inn in Los Olivos for three nights and chose Petros for dinner on our first night in town. Sorry that we did, as there are much better restaurants all around the area as well as in town. This is a pricey restaurant, which I don't mind, but for the money I expect not just good... More

Today was my wife's birthday and we're fond of Greek food, so another couple joined us for the trip south to Los Olivos for a special lunch. We had been to Petros twice before, both times for dinner. The food is always good, but the experience has been mixed. Keep in mind, that this is a fairly expensive restaurant located... More

We stopped here for a light, late lunch after touring local wineries. Our last visit here was many years ago, so we weren't sure what to expect, but this lunch ended up being one of the best meals we had on our weekend getaway. We ordered a grilled octopus and calamari salad with roasted beets. It was FANTASTIC. It was... More

I stayed at the Fess Parker Inn for a week. Petros is in the hotel but separately owned. My stay was amazing but the only bad part was the restaurant. They provide the room service for the hotel on my last day I received my breakfast in my room. There was a hair on my plate. I ordered the two... More

Indeed, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice Greek restaurant in Los Olivos, a small village not far from Solvang. The menu in the restaurant seemed to be much more pricey than the menu we had seen on the outside (which was apparently the lunch menu), so we asked if we could order from that and the server said... My friend and I needed to "get out of Dodge", otherwise known as L.A., on Easter Sunday. She had never been to quaint little Los Olivos, near Solvang, so we headed up the San Marcos Pass (Hwy 154), above Santa Barbara and arrived around 2 o'clock, hungry and in need of sustenance. We spotted Petros, located in the Fess Parker... More

We came here for a drink before and after dinner. The wine selection is very large and amazing. From local fare to Greek wines. Good times. Beautiful atmosphere with a great fireplace.

This was our first evening in the Los Olivos area, and we weren't disappointed. I ordered the seabass, and my husband ordered the broiled rack of lamb. He enjoyed his meal a lot but coveted mine after having a bite. In fact, he talked about it for the next several days! It was a bit pricey but worth it for... More

My husband and I were literally just passing through Los Olivos on our way to Santa Ynez, but it was lunchtime and my stomach was grumbling...so we decided to stop at Petros. What a lovely surprise to find this little gem nestled in the Fess Parker Inn! I ordered the Dip Combo which included five mounds of various Greek dips... More

Petros was very accommodating for our special birthday luncheon. We sat outside in a beautiful garden aside an outdoor fireplace. The food was very tasty, starting with the tender calamari appetizer (which had delicately fried olives in it!), the gyros, the vegetable bean soup, and the desserts-- must try their mini donuts drizzled with honey! Loved the service and the... More
