9021PHO just opened in Thousand Oaks. I was there on the second day of their opening. Chef Kim was also there. To give a credit, it run fairly well for their second day. However, in my opinion, the food is somewhere between Very Bland and possibly a Hint of Vietnamese, although I didn't taste the Vietnamese part. The restaurant Dining... More

I always know where to go when with friends but this is the best place for a date. Scene is perfect not too over done. The food is all a conversation piece so it is great for first dates. I know the price point is high but is worth it.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, this is the place. From the decor to the food, this is out of this world! Cool, hip vibe but the food is its own show. Order one of the specialty drinks and have your video camera set. It is not only great food but a show! But bring lots... More

If you're looking for a young, happening this place, with good food, small portion tapas, lively atmosphere, and high prices this is it. I was turned off by the waiter pushing a $35 a glass white wine without disclosing the price. It's always unpleasant to ask for the price of wine after they bring a random bottle to serve. Swallowing... More

A friend and I went to this restaurant and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was fantastic and we selected our small plates based on recommendations from our waiter and they were spot on; so delicious! The atmosphere and moving from the dining room to the dessert was fun, overall the hotel that the restaurant is in is modern... More

We were given a very friendly welcome and seated in a nice corner of the restaurant in some very comfortable arm chairs. Our waiter was named Precious, and we decided to follow her recommendations, as the menu can be a bit daunting otherwise! We ordered a total of 8 plates which was a large, but manageable quantity of food. The... More

We went to The Bazaar to experience the small plates/ giant menu of Jose Andre. The room was hip ,dark, with black glass long tables under lit to showcase straight red lighted lines. Open Kitchen in back creates a really happening environment. Then there is he food! Fantastic dishes, original tapas or reinvented. We had Wagyu beef cheeks ,so tender... More

Our anniversary dinner this year was at this restaurant. The ambiance was a bit strange for my tastes, but to each his own. The food was just absolutely amazing. The cheesesteaks were amazing, both the waygu and the vegetarian version. We also had the grilled octopus which we understood to be only an occasional fare. It was cooked in a... More

Four of us came here for dinner on Monday night. The place was a little snoozy but we had hoped that the food would liven us up. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the dishes we had. We ordered about 15 small plates and the only thing I enjoyed was the chicken and dates. Everything else was just okay and... More
