Okay well maybe I do like creme brulee slightly better but you can't beat this for an excellent cream puff experience. Crisp choux pastry and delicate creamy vanilla filling on the standard puff is heaven IMO. I can't understand why there aren't more outlets around because I reckon this beats Krispy Kreme hands down. Or maybe it's just us cream... More

They say they have the best cream puff... I think is just ordinary. I got a hollow puff that day. Bad service, you have to repeat your order atleast 3x.

Great cream puffs and eclairs. I highly recomend because of the freshness. Good fresh coffee too. The new location is in front of Trader Joe's on Palms Blvd. near Sepulveda 90034.

I loved all the flavors! I went to the one at the Japanese/Korean town and I was amazed at the attentiveness of the staff although the place is packed with customers! The Cream puffs were so fresh and yummy I ended up buying extra 6 puffs to bring back to the hotel! Too bad Beard Papa's has not reached my... More

The pastry was stale and the filling was thin and runny. I cannot understand why people like them.

We visited Beard Papa's at a time when they weren't busy, so it didn't take long for us to get our cream puffs. We ordered a variety and they were ALL delicious!

Look, if it was a sit down and get waited on restaurant service would be more important, so it didn't matter too much. The cream puff filling is so good I could eat a bowl full. Pity about the lady with the sour face serving me, maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she just lives on lemons.

The creme puff from Beard Papa is outstanding. They made it from the Japanese fine skill of making delicate things to the world. The outer crust is crispy and inner layer is soft. The creme inside is cold and smooth. They use natural vanilla in which you can observe the small black spot all over the creme. I tried it... More
