At Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, our menu features the finest seafood with a focus on delicacies from the oceans around Hawaii. Each creation is a fusion of flavors found in our freshest local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices and served with the spirit of Aloha, creating a dining experience that leaves you feeling like you’ve found paradise. The Downtown Los Angeles restaurant is located on the corner of 8th and Figueroa and features a spacious dining room with a sushi counter that gives you a front row seat to the excitement of the exhibition kitchen. In the kitchen, Chef Garrett Mukogawa brings his imagination and artistry to the plate every night. Roy's plates are always picture perfect-it's all about presentation! Everything is always the best quality food available and the desserts are to die for too! The ambience is elegant, but not pretentious, while cozy and comfortable too! The waitstaff are generally 20 somethings but more than adequate in attentiveness. Seafood is fresh, the ribs for appetizers addictive-Bon Appetit!

This was my first time at the Roy's in LA. I have been a fan of both the Las Vegas and San Diego Roy's enjoying wonderful food, service and atmosphere. I think all the elements are there at this location but somehow it just doesn't come quite together. the service isn't bad but lacks personal attention such as giving us... More

Was told this is the place to go for food and atmosphere. As such 12 of us headed down for a good night. We were the only ones in there. No atmosphere at all, food was ok but nothing to right home about. It took them an hour to process my payment, blamed my card when the asked the bank... More

This is my first visit. We were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. I Loved the Edamame complimentary starter, this was a first for me. Absolutely yummy. The flavors of our meal were great. We began our order with a wedge which was standard with an added vanilla cured bacon (sounds strange but the flavors that mixed in... More

I'm a vegetarian but I don't want to be a party pooper. My friends want to go to Roy's so I figured there will be something they can make for a vegetarian. Yes, and it was delicious. All my friends were satisfied with their orders and this was not our first visit to Roy's. My vegetable flatbread is very delicous... More

if you like a couple of tuna rolls at $12 each and an appetizer and a drink, plan on dropping at least a $50 bill per person at this place. The plates are fancied up with cheap lettuce for looks and maybe a slice of lemon or two, and if you have money to burn, it is tasty to burn... More

We had been waiting for a long time to have an opportunity to use a gift card we were given for Roy's, and took the opportunity to meet an out of town relative there for a festive evening. A positive note to start off -- it was wonderful to check the web site first, and make the reservations on line... More

This review is for the Roy's , Woodland Hills. We visit Roy's for their limited but tasty Happy hour, we dine in occasionally. We chose the latter on our visit Monday as the Spring Prix Fixe menu is back. An appetizer, entree and a dessert We chose Pork belly and the shrimp and papaya appetizer.
