A busy busy place

Primarily a Chicago style pizza place. Extremely noisy when busy (which is always). The thin crust pizza is very crisp and delicious. The pizza itself was lacking in tomato sauce which made it very dry. The sauce looked like it had been painted on with a pasty brush. Chicago style is saucy and... read more

This restaurant offers excellent thick-crust pizza. One slice is effectively a meal. There is a vegan pizza option. The salads are very good. Service is excellent.

Popped in for some deep dish after a glowing recommendation from a friend, and they were most certainly correct. It's a great spot, delicious pizza (especially the deep dish), and the staff was resoundingly polite and helpful. Great for a night out with friends.

There are a lot of good things to eat at Masa, but its foremost attraction is its deep dish Chicago style pizza, probably the best in LA. Be patient, it takes a while to bake, but it's worth the wait.

Stopped in for an early dinner. Love the atmosphere here, and it's good for families. The bread they bring before your food is awesome, I could have eaten a lot of it, just by itself! We had four different pizzas, including veggie pies. They sort of specialize in Chicago Deep Dish, and ask when you sit down if you want... More

Pizza was worth the 45 minute wait. It was delicious. Lots of cheese. Nice place to relax. Small town. Can also be romantic. Me and my husband could only eat 2 pieces of the small. Large is huge.

I was hiking "Secret Stairs of Los Angeles" when I walked by Masa and noticed the sign for Deep Dish Pizza and I said I coming back and bringing my bride. All I had was the sausage and pepperoni pizza my wife added a few beers which was exactly what I wanted. Noteworthy uncommon pleasures were that the pizza was... More

I died when I discovered this place. The decor creates the best atmosphere for a great dinner with friends. The unmatching chairs makes you feel like you're in a living room with a great vibe, all while having the most amazing pizza and drinks! Can't wait to go back

We arrived at about 7:30 on a Friday night and were told there was an hours wait. We had a couple of drinks in a bar opposite and as soon as we were back our table was ready. We ordered the meat deep dish pizza and it was incredible. The sausage on it is clearly homemade and you can taste... More

We decided to have lunch here based on a friend's recommendation and it was more than I expected. LOOOOOOVE the artsy atmosphere, the decor was great. It was a nice quiet lunch with super-friendly staff who are very upfront and honest about the wait time for pizza (~45 minutes) and will happily provide you with recommendations based on your likings....
