It's unbelievable when he makes it. Other time, I had omakase where another sushi chef made it, and I had 25 pieces, but only 8 types of fish. it was pretty disappointing. the three ways were: soy sauce, salt, and truffle salt, which didn't really do anything for me. But when Keizo makes it, it is the best sushi in... More

As a frequent sushi person and big fan of Omakase I was excited to try Sushi Zo. To start I called for a 7:00 reservation at the sushi bar, they said it would be tough would 6:30 work, so I took that time. When I arrived at Sushi Zo there were 4 people in the restaurant at 6:30. by 7:00... More

Hubby and I liked it :) But was a little bit pricey. We went here for a special occasion and it was really romantic but I think we would only come here again in a yr from now if not longer. There are sushi restaurant that costs less but the surrounding and environment can't be compared to this one.

After researching many sushi restaurants in LA, we finally settled for Sushi Zo. Definitely surprised by its strip mall location. But that wasn't the only surprise. Having never dined omakase before, we were looking forward to the experience and weren't let down. The timing was perfect, the quality of the fish was unreal, and the quick descriptive service was on... More

This is my place to do , I always come here, at least twice a week. And I always bring as many people as I can. Sushi and rolls in here are the best. Like I've been coming for months and I only decided to review it now. Great, great, great food.

The sushi here is superb it's probably the freshest and most flavorful I've ever had. It can get a little expensive so this is one of those splurges that you may do once a year but its totally worth it. You get about 20 pieces in total depending on when you decide to say no more your bill can range... More

Whenever I am down in the LA Area visiting my boyfriend. My first stop is always Sushi Zo. Yum! The prices are okay. You get what you pay for. The quality is nothing compared to what we have in the Central Valley. A must go to place for Sushi lovers.

The food was a little pricey but for an authentic sushi experience, Sushi Zo is a good choice. It is very different from your typical sushi place as this place uses top of the notch ingredients. I have noticed that a lot of sushi spots in the LA area have limited range on the types of sushi they serve but... More

I really liked this place. I wouldn't say it was life-changing sushi, but it was really good. Surprisingly, I also really liked the fish. I'm a general sushi addict so pretty much all sushi's decent sushi. I usually don't pay much attention to just how tasty the fish is like you're supposed to. But here the salmon was so delicious...
