We dined here on a Friday night. I really liked the ambiance, it reminds of dining in the Hamptons. We sat outside under heat lamps (LA people think its cold when its in the 50s, lol) The service was great as well

This is a small neighborhood restaurant that takes their cooking seriously. It's in a former house so feels small and comfortable. I had the duck comfit which was cooked perfectly and my dinner companion had the flattened chicken (to which the kitchen adds truffle oil--not the traditional sage/garlic recipe Campanile perfected). The bar has some craft cocktails ( I had... More

Even if you do not like grilled baby octopus, consider ordering the salad without the little critters. The salad and its dressing are that good! We also had bruschetta and a pasta dish that were both best of breed. Service was prompt, friendly, and fun. Good wine and cocktails. And a lovely decor. Highly recommended!

Great food, thoughtfully cooked and presented. Colin, our waiter, was perfect. Attentive, not intrusive. We were hosting friends from abroad who were impressed. Nice evening.

I had the rack of lamb, which was cooked perfectly and was accompanied by a refreshing frisee salad with goat cheese. My dining companion had the corn soup -- a puree with a lot of corn flavor and some mushrooms and bacon. She also had the salmon, which she enjoyed. We ate outside, and since the restaurant is on a... More

I cannot figure out the reviewers who find fault with this place. I've been eating here since it opened and it is always great. (once there was a group of girls seated nearby and that wasn't so great) The place is charming and attractive and cozy, the staff couldn't be friendlier. And the food is delicious. Everything I've ever had... More

We used to go here all the time when the business was called The Larchmont Grill. It was sold (about a year ago I would guess) and then renamed. The place was redecorated and a new menu was instituted. We went there a few months after it was sold, and were disappointed; we tried it again recently and were still... More

Having eaten at Larchmont a couple of years ago, it seemed like a great choice after a recent trip to the theatre. As it turns out the play ended earlier than expected, so we moved our reservations to 5:30PM. We arrived a bit earlier hoping we could have a drink at the bar but weren't able to as they weren't... We celebrated our saughter's 26th birthday. Our waiter Collin was terrific. We started with the mussels, kale salad and Brussels sprouts - all we're simple and uniquely tasty. For main course my wife and I shared a special, a whole roasted Bronzino which was outrageously good, one of my daughters had the chicken and another the steak. Both were very... More
