The salad, the pizza and the gelato were all fantastic!! Only drawback is the restaurant is a bit loud and table are very close together, but the food is worth it!

Pizzas are what we love here. Her unique pizza dough flavor shows her former baking experience. We had the Squash Blossom pizza and our friends had the Speck & Pineapple pizza. We sat at the bar, had good cocktails, & the bartender was very attentive. Casual dining, but you can always go next door to Osteria Mozza for a finer... More

This was only our second visit to Pizzeria Mozza, and the first in a couple of years. We had a 2:45 lunch reservation, but LA traffic was strangely cooperative, and we walked in forty minutes early. Does that ever happen? We expected to wait because the restaurant was very crowded, but the hostess quickly found us a perfect table in... More

This is a "trendy" place in Hollywood and as a result there is demand and hence high prices. Went with family, 3 adults, and 3 children under 8 years old. Started with the fried squash blossoms ($23 for 4), Caprese Salad, and ordered 4 pizzas. Pizzas are a little bigger than personal size but average about $18 each. Finished with... More

Our reservation was for 8:30. We arrive a little before that, but they didn’t seat us until 9pm. We went next door for some cocktails. Excellent barkeeps next door at Osteria Mozza. Finally seated at about 9pm, we started with a tricolor salad. Then crispy (fried?) goat cheese in lentils. Finally, a bruschette with white bean puree. My favorite, the... More

The Los Angeles restaurant scene still has some catching-up to do compared to New York, but Pizzeria Mozza holds its own. An L.A. native, now living in NY recommended Pizzeria Mozza, so we had high expectations. It did not disappoint. The restaurant, part of the Mario Batali empire, actually bested its NY cousin, Otto. Where the crust on our last... More

First and foremost the food. Delicious pizzas, a great meatball starter with delicious garlic toasts, tasty chicken wings to start also. This place clearly has a great buzz and I was happy to overlook the fact tables are packed so tightly (although that might put off some). The annoyance came from the fact pizzas were served whilst we were still... More

We were told this is some of the most authentic pizza in town, so we gave it a shot. First off, I would suggest a reservation, they are always very busy and it's a small place! At our table we had ordered a couple of salads and a couple of pizzas. The salads were all unique and very good. I... More

I had high hopes for this place since a friend raved about it. First off, the front door. Take a sponge and some cleaner to it! Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing I noticed is the noise- extremely loud due to the high ceilings/open room. So, if you don't mind having to yell to talk to your friends... We... More

We returned to this restaurant after making a food tour with Tourific Escapes. A little expensive but pizza was good.
