Great service OK BBQ

Very friendly staff full of smiles. The sauces were fun. But the BBQ. Being the meat. Just OK. Much better with the sauce. So long as you know that's what you're getting into you're set!

We came here for dinner, we wanted to try something other than Mexican food. The service was cool and so chilled out and so was the atmosphere. The price was average, around $16 for a main. Sadly we didn't like the food at all, it just wasn't for us. The barbecue flavours are an acquired taste, even the macaroni was... More

They deliver!! How did I not have this information? How have I lived in West Hollywood for seven years and never been privy to this?!?! Yesterday, a hot boy delivered brisket and hushpuppies to my door. Oh Baby Blues, you're my bestie. -Perfect, lean, flavorful brisket. -Fresh creamed spinach. -Corn on the cob that will make you question if it... More

We ate supper here and I got the BBQ sandwich on soft roll and my wife got the Ribs. The sandwich was great (comes with slaw on it). My wife said that the ribs were the best she has ever had. The waitress (Meghan) was a doll. She asked where we were from because of our accents. We told her... More

From the South and Texas I'm not impressed easily at so called Bar B Q and Soithern food places around the Country Baby Blues is GREAT ! Baby Back Ribs, Brisket, and Sausage with their homemade sauce would make any Texan Happy But save room for "The Best Banana Pudding in the World". Can't describe the texture - it's remarkable!... I always make it a Point to visit baby blues when I am in LA. The brisket, shrimp, & corn on the cob are my favorites. The pulled pork and ribs are yummy too! If you want something sweet the banana pudding is authentic.

Baby Blues BBQ Catering is OUTSTANDING!!! I used them to cater my Dad's 70th birthday for about 25 people. They arranged for everything (BBQ rental, tables, setup, serving, clean up, and serving SENSATIONAL food). Their team was as friendly and helpful as imaginable...professional and easy to work with from start to finish. The staff at the event were awesome, the... More

Expected a bit more meat being in the states or to taste amazing but it was nice not a I would eat that again right now... The biggest let down I found a stone in my beans... The place itself had a great atmosphere and it was great seeing them prepare food... The range of sauces was really good and... More

The food is amazing, lets get the important thing out of the way first. It's good value and packed full of flavour and succulent goodness. The ribs I had fell off the bone and were still juicy and tender, but with a good crisp coating. The decor is also amazing, with rustic and authentic church benches to awesome artwork. A... More

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
