We arrived at LAX and went straight to Baby Blues BBQ after watching the DDD show. The food did not disappoint. By 1130 am when they open, there was a line of about 20 people. We were quickly seated and ordered. We chose a bit of everything, from brisket, pulled pork and chicken wings, to banana pudding. Our food came... More

Now I'm not a big fan of red meat but family are and I was talked into eating here. I am so glad we did. A packed atmospheric restaurant. There was never a free table while we were there. The service was excellent, very friendly staff and the food...oh the food! The most succelent ribs ever. There was not a... More

We love this place!!! The corn and cornbread are amazing!!! The stewed tomatoes were good but had a propane flavor. Everything really is really good. All of the sauces rocked!!! Someday we want to try dessert ...we're always too full. Super cool place! Sweet tea is soooooo good.

We had a large group of 24 arrive on a Thursday evening expecting to wait for tables. In ten minutes we were seated and had drinks in front of us!! Robb did a fabulous job of configuring our seating to allow for easy conversation and sharing of food. Got the Extravaganza platter: WICKED! This joint knows how to cook meat.... More

Without a doubt!! Baby Blues BBQ lives up to the rave reviews. We almost missed going when planing our trip because the address says it's in Los Angeles and it's actually in Venice. We were staying off Rose Ave in Venice Beach and Baby Blues is just off Lincoln and Rose. We just had to try it and thought we... More

You get a ton of food here, and it's all extremely heavy and satiating. They do what they do very well.

Decided to stop by Baby Blues BBQ while I was out in LA for a wedding. Like others, we saw the place on Triple D, and the food more then exceeded our expectations. Even with the line outside the door, the wait was only around 20 minutes. The staff was great, they answered all of our questions and we never... More

My first introduction to Baby Blues was at the Santa Monica BBQ festival and they were hands down the crowd favorite. I just had to visit the restaurant!! My wife and I were very fortunate to have a stool at the counter where we could watch the line in action. There is not a single thing on their menu that... More

I've eaten ribs all over and Baby Blues baby backs are as good as I've eaten. Their beef rib... and note its rib and not ribs, is like a thick steak on a bone. I use fork and knife, but the beef is tender and delicious. I've not had a bad meal and I eat here regularly.
