I must confess that I only stopped by for a quick beer (a delicious and hoppy IPA from Stone Brewery) and to listen to the Country Legends. However, the service was great, the food that went by looked good and I loved dancing to the fabulous tunes by the likes of Willie Nelson, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, June Carter and... More

We ordered some food and told the servers we were in a rush. It was our fault and shouldnt have ordered probably, but they really went out of their way to bring us food lightning quick in time for us to catch our bus. Food was really great and cheap, and everyone friendly and hospitable. Reccomended!

Happened upon this restaurant when in Venice Beach. Our group, which included some picky teenagers, sampled all of the meals labeled best by LA Times including truffle mac & cheese, fish & chips, and French toast. We also had the "I Love You Man" fish tacos. All were fantastic especially the fish & chips. The fish was tasty and not... More

I only have three hours left in LA and wish I discovered this place sooner! I had the delicious Falafel burger which was the BEST and freshest vegetarian meal I have had in a long time. The sides are a choice and I went for the house made chips. Mmmm! Fresh and not oily...yum! I had two margaritas and they... More

Venice beach is quite eclectic and may not be your thing but this place is worth the visit. It has a good beer selection, friendly staff and plenty of seating. Food recommendations include the fresh fish tacos and homemade potatoes chips with to die for ranch sauce. Will return if in the area!

We went for lunch - very kind and warm welcome from the barman who was helpful and knowledgeable and took time to chat about Venice. Good craft beers and great food.

They must have been short staff when we arrived around 2 on a chilly Friday afternoon. We sat at one table in the front bar area for about 10 minutes and no one came near us. Then we moved to the back room, where one server appeared to be handling almost all the tables. She acknowledged us after about 3-4... More
