High quality, high prices. 3 Tasting menus - exquisite food, very nice romantic evening. Great place to spend for an special occasion. Small touches such as our name in the menu and the muffins given we were leaving for breakfast the next morning.

I've had the privilege of dining at Providence several times now, and it always lives up to or surpasses expectations. The focus on seafood prepared in unique ways and with unusual combinations of ingredients is delicious. We always get the tasting menu with wine pairing. Amazing courses of food, and repeatedly, the best wine pairing I've had. Wines you may... More

Three of us were celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious, service fine, atmosphere fine. Our only issue was that the menu is unnecessarily complicated and the staff did not explain at all well how to order. We had to ask twice but still did not really get it. All the extra little courses were delicious and we did get... More

This is my favorite restaurant in all of LA, and my husband and I are foodies so that's saying a lot! There hasn't been a dish that I haven't loved here. It can be pricey, so it may be best for a special occasion, but it is worth every penny.

So it was our anniversary and we try to have one exciting high end dining experience for that special night each year. We have been doing this now for three years and its a fun way to celebrate our marriage, it gets us out of the house to a really nice restaurant, and lets us experience something we wouldn't normally... Atmosphere, food, service all tops. I couldn't eat like this every day, but this is a perfect special occasion restaurant.

Booked the restaurant for Father's day celebration together with my parents. Only managed to get the 9pm slot but wait was well worth it. Service was fantastic and the 16 courses chef menu was a delight for the taste buds. If you are looking for great fine dining in LA, this is THE place that I would recommend but please... More

We traveled to L.A for a special anniversary dinner May 29 and Providence exceeded all expectation. Service was delightful, food by Chef nearly moved us to tears of happiness. It was the unexpected mixes of edible flowers, beans and meats that surprised. We ordered the 4 course selection and found that it was plenty for two as waiters kept bringing... More

We dined here for two celebrations at once and it was wonderful. We went to the bar first and had cocktails. I had a prosaic marguerita on the rocks; but it was the best one I have ever had. One of our party ordered a mixed drink that she had never had and wound up not caring for it. They... More

My wife and I celebrated our 17th anniversary with our two daugthers at Providence last night. My younger daughter is allergic to seafood, albeit not to lobsters and shrimp. We chose the nine course tasting menu and the staff was very accommodating and was more than happpy to substitute some of the seafood courses for her. Service was excellent and... More
