I am quite surprised that this restaurant had few reviews considering they serve authentic and delicious Chinese food. The chicken wings and stir-fried beef are their best sellers and yes, oh so flavorly yummy. It is also good to mention that a scene from Rush Hour 2 was shot here. Delicious, Affordable, Well decorated restaurant. After 1st visit to Chinatown, L.A. we had to go back here to eat lunch. It was recommended by a shop keeper across the street. Good food and the lunch specials were well priced. Nice atmosphere. We will be back again. I am not aware of cocktails being offered or not.

I have been dining at Foo Chow for several years. We go there whenever we are in downtown LA for a play or symphony. Order the dumplings... More

A simple Chinese restaurant in China Town. The boss was very friendly toward us. All of us enjoyed the food and it was authentic. The price was very reasonable and I was expecting much higher price as the restaurant is situated in a tourist area. Really value for money! Highly recommend to anyone who visit China Town. Very good, my financee and I always dine here. The people are very nice, attentive, the food is good, better then fast food chinese. Good quality, I have been to some authentic higher end dining spots but for the price it is very good.
