A really old-fashioned steakhouse, and I love that kind. Service was manly and efficient, oysters were lovely, but the steak was mediocre, if not less. Overcooked and just not good enough

Wanted to try something vintage, old Hollywood. This place exceeded that. Like walking into "Good fellas" movie but so much more. If you want new, this is NOT the place. I dislike when people rate a place because they know they are going someplace vintage and all they can see is old. This was what we wanted to see, like... More

Had lunch before attending a matinee of Kinky Boots. The best thing was the sourdough bread. The club sandwich was mediocre at best. The tuna salad was ok and nothing special for a scoop of tuna on lettuce with a dill pickle, a small piece of not good tomato, and a lonely black olive. The really bad, the service. We... More

Everything else is completely fabulous. Brilliant service, some of the very best steak ever tasted, really decent selection of good wine, and on Hollywood Boulevard. If you want a great night out, if you can get a seat, chose this place

After living in the area for over 20 years, finally decided to try M&F after the Pantages. We reserved a booth in the bar area - red leather banquet seats were pretty sunk in, no cushioning at all - although no one at the table complained. Sergio, our waiter, claims to have been with M&F for over 40 years -... More

Went there before the Opening Night of Kinky Boots. Me & my friend both had the NY Strip and it was excellent. Service was really good and they made sure that we were out of there so that we could head to the theatre. Loved the décor of this place.

Musso & Frank advertises itself as the oldest restaurant in Hollywood (since 1919), and I believe it. We sat one table away from the Charlie Chaplin Table, if that gives you a hint. Service and food were impeccable-a true throwback to the classic dining tradition. You have to maintain some discipline not to run up a sizable tab here, but... More

I had been wanting to go inside for a drink ever since I moved to Los Angeles in 1972, Saturday was my first time inside the place. Since my boyfriend and I were out and about on Hollywood Blvd., we stopped in for a drink at the bar about 3 PM. My boyfriend had a Vodka Collins while I had... More

Don't ever pass this place by while in the LA area! The oldest restaurant in Hollywood is an historical landmark that serves great food as well as phenomenal drinks! Get Sergio to wait on you and have Manny make your drinks!!

Musso and Frank Grill has been a family favorite for years. My Father has been going to this restaurant for 60 years. He loves the Welsh Rarebit. We had a group of 7 people and all of us were served in wonderful fashion. The waiters have been there for years and know the menu in and out. We have a... More
