I passed through LAX last week enroute to Houston from Maui. Had a 4 hour wait, so thought we would get a quick dinner. I typically like Wolfgang Pucks, however don't waste your time at this location. Although we were quickly seated, in the back of the restaurant beyond the bar, it became very obvious, very soon, that service is... More

We asked an airport worker for a recommendation for some decent food at LAX. She suggested Wolfgang Puck's. Let's hope the restaurant was just having a bad day. First, the eponymously named house wines (Wolfgang Puck Chard and Cab) were of relatively poor quality. The food was even worse. My wife's chicken was underdone and barely above room temperature when... More

Service was slow; food average except for bacon wrapped meatloaf sandwich, which was awful. It was gray, tasteless mush. Yuck.

Visited on our way back to the UK and the server was very enthusiastic and did not mind at all helping us to get a high chair and bringing a kid's cup of water for our son before we even asked. The layout is not greatly suited to accommodate strollers and so we were kind of in the way, but... More

My husband and I had a long layover, so we decided to split a pizza for lunch. We opted to dine in instead having to find a place to sit out in the terminal. There are two lines - one for take out and one for dining in the restaurant. We were greeted by the hostess and she asked if... More

It's really great that airports are finally attracting better restaurants. Wolfgang Puck Express is worth eating at if you're interested in having something beyond the typical airport food. The staff were attentive, there was a good menu selection and the food was good (we had a couple of different salads). There was both a take-out and sit down option (we... More

For the most part the LAX air traveler is relegated to cafeteria style fast food outlets that serve greasy hamburgers pizzas and tacos. It is refreshing to find a sit down restaurant with table service that offers fresh more healthful fare. The service is quick but not rushed. Try the spaghetti with chicken meatballs. A bit pricey, as one would... More

This is the worst place that I have ever eaten. The food is terrible, cheap and poor quality. The whole place needs a good clean. The staff do not interact with the customers or tidy up. Avoid at all costs. A total rip-off. I cannot believe that anyone thought it was 'excellent'! Where do they normally eat? Out of bins?
