My girlfriend convinced me to order some food from 26 Beach Cafe on LaBite because she heard some good stories about it. I never ever had such a disappointment when it comes to food, I clearly specified well done but the meat was super bloody. I ordered a Texas Burger, I don't know what kind of sauce they used but... I normally don't ever eat burgers in LA. But the California roll burger is an amazing burger with a price tag that comes along with it$$. The burgers are all huge! I mean 2 person burger. I could never finish one nor could I even get my mouth around one. Their ahi tuna salad is also delicious but ask for... More

This place gets a solid 5 in my book, at least as far as Brunch goes. Huge selection of creative Brunch choices including a couple dozen or so French Toast dishes and egg dishes, plus their notoriously huge burgers and more traditional lunch/ dinner dishes. The delicious food was beautifully presented and the service was excellent. You really can't go... More

This is one of my favorite spots for brunch - love that they serve the breakfast menu until 3p. I've taken a number of visitors here and everyone has loved it. It's a particularly good place for a group with varied tastes, because there's likely to be something for everyone. Love their take on the "monte cristo" sandwich, and also... More

My husband and I frequent here often (except on Sunday mornings, always very busy). They have the best designer burgers. PB and J burger - check, California Roll burger - check. They have wonderfully decadent breakfasts for the sweet and savory lovers. My fav is the Mendocino chicken and Pear salad.....sooo good!!! Dont pass on their drinks specialties either. yum!

Happy with the service, went with five friends - 4/5 enjoys their meals. One of the guys ordered the Jerk Chicken and said that it wasn't good, not the typical Jerk Chicken taste.

I had brunch there and the food was so delicious! The tiramisu french toast is to die for! I ordered the "hot sauce" on the side with my potatoes and boy was it hot! I LOVED IT!! The atmosphere is very cool too and the service is amazing! It does tend to get really busy so be prepared to wait... More

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and were pleased with our choice. We sat on the patio, covered at night with heaters for comfort. The menu is extensive but I chose lamb chops which were perfectly cooked with. tsatsiki sauce , mashed potatoes and green beans, my husband had the clam appetizer. He was over the moon about... More

...to chow down on a burger. Had a special burger with onion rings and A1 sauce, and it was delish! Also, great looking lattes and cappuccinos here as well! A favorite of my sister's.
