Used to come here years ago and food always seemed fresh and nostalgic. Service was attentive. Came for dinner and ordered meatloaf & mashed potatoes which my wife said tasted like T.V. dinner food. I had the 1/2 rotisserie chicken with broccoli and french fries. Chicken was moist but broccoli was steamed too long making them soft. Not bad, but... More

Actually here three times over 3 days. Dinah's is a magnet for nostalgia junkies like me. Futuristic concrete from 1959 interior. Amazing! First visit - Late night Dessert. Really buttery pecan pie was terrifically rich and decadent. My Sundae would have taken top honors if they had not run out of nuts & cherries. Hmmm, that's 2/5 of a proper... More

This restaurant has a great ambiance. It has a " fountain drinks" bar stools set up and tables with the '50's decor. Friendly staff and the food is Great!! My husband and I went there for breakfast, actually torn between having breakfast at the hotel (Double Tree, Culver City). Dinah's was just a block away. We were so glad we... More

Family restaurant still looks like it's the 1960's. Nothing fancy. Good family menu. You get cornbread AND dinner roll with meal. Right in the heat of Century City. Used as scene in several TV shows. Think we saw it in MadMen.

Best diner around. Try the baked apple pancake for breakfast. They also help the homeless with a good cup of coffee. Family owned since the 50's. Great staff and try the cinnamon buns too

Very busy place up front in 'sit-down' portion of this 'family' place. we had take out from the counter at the back. Pretty good food, lots of selection and very fair prices but nothing fancy

My wife grew up near Dinah's and has been eating there since the 1950s. I have only been visiting since the early 1980s. If you are looking for an old-fashioned diner, with all that that entails, then this is the place for you. If not, then you should go somewhere else. The food is predictable, the staff can be slightly... More

Had an evening breakfast here, food was good, service was good. Nothing extra special but the staff was friendly. They are known for their fried chicken, didn't try that dish. Was within walking distance of my hotel, easy parking. OK for a diner meal!

Ordered corn beef hash. Tasted like a can of underwood ham. Overpriced for a can of slop. This was my 2nd time there and I tell you that was 2 times too much.

If you want to experience what a retirement home feels like while eating overpriced garbage food then this is your spot... But there really is nothing good to be said about this place...except that the staff was friendly...
