Long time business

I've been eating for many years hear. Favor the chicken. Honey wine is relaXing too! Some meats are a little rough for me, but I'm glad it's in existence in Los Angeles and not far from the airport.

First off, I must say that Ethiopian is one of the most underrated ethnic cuisines in the world - and Rosalind's gets it just right. The staple injera - savory fermented wheat pancakes, used in place of silverware to scoop the stewed or fried main courses - were light, spongy and delicious. The lamb jibs were astounding, as was the... More

The place has good ambiance. I had no idea about Ethiopian cuisine before. As a starter we had plantain fry. Then we had a combination dish which consisted of chicken curry, beef, mutton, potato and egg curry served along with injera (traditional Ethiopian bread). A single combination plate is enough to feed 3 to 4 persons. The food is spicy and... More

First time to have Ethiopian food. I have to be honest and say that it takes some getting used to. The staff was very friendly and provided an overview of Ethiopian cuisine since I was a first timer. Food was ok and I don't think I'll be craving for it. Still, it was a good culinary experience!

We had no idea what ethiopian food was but wanted to experience something new. We arrived right when they opened and were one of the the only people eating that early. It was delicious, so much fun to taste all the different flavors and everything we put in our mouth was really good. Our server was remarkably patient with us.... More

Had a fabulous authentic meal here - tasty and plentiful Rosalind was a great host. Parking was easy. Price was excellent. We sat outside and watched the world go by. Would return.

Ethiopian/African food is at the start of a boom-first Chinese, then Sushi, then Thai and Indian. Now it's Ethiopian food's time in the spotlight. Found a Groupon for Rosalind's and decided to try it. Have eaten at four other Ethiopian restaurants across the country and this measures up! Great friendly hospitality-staff willing to explain, make suggestions, and genuinely seemed happy... More

Our first experience with Ethiopian cuisine. We are adventurous eaters; found the food to be bland ( I will admit that we asked to avoid anything too spicy.) Interesting, but would not return.

I have been coming here for almost 15 years. Best Ethiopian restaurant in town. Ana gives you the best service.
