Excellent steaks and service at Universal Studios Saddle Ranch!

I was a bit apprehensive about eating here because the outside and inside looked a bit like a Texas Roadhouse which I do not like, but the food and service made up for the looks!! The drinks and streaks were excellent. Filet mignon and rib-eyes for the 4 of us were very think and very tender as... read more

Last month we were at Universal Studios as we were leaving the park we were handed a coupon for 20% off for the Saddle Ranch Chophouse. Since we ate at the location on Sunset Boulevard, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was also a location at Universal City Walk. So, it was an easy decision to eat there.... More

Saddle Ranch is great for their bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's every day till 3pm. They have about 7 different mimosas on the menu, different juices to try, and about 5 different bloody Mary's. Take some hours...try em all! If you prefer something stronger, they have your regular mixed drinks - Long Island, Blue AMF, Mai Thai, etc available. They... More

My husband and I had dinner here after visiting Universal Studios. The staff were so kind. Everyone acknowledged us, said Hi and asked how we were doing, including the manager. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. My husband then had the New York strip steak and I had the Prime Rib. We expected the meat cuts... More

We stopped here for dinner after visiting Universal Studios. The portions and price for dinner were very reasonable. They have two guys that went around and serenaded the tables, which I usually don't like however they were so nice. They actually talked to us, asked where we lived and then asked us what song we would like them to sing... More

We were given this recommendation by a local. We went on a Saturday mid afternoon. Greeted quickly & seated immediately. Our server explained the menu & gave her recommendations. My husband their ribs-fall off the bone. I ordered the kale salad-filling & wholesome. We killed the onion ring appetizers. Their cotton candy dessert towers over the table-the taste is typically-... We arrived around 6:45 pm on a Tuesday and the place was not hugely busy. But it took an extremely long time for anyone to take our order, then a long time to get drinks, then more time for bread. We were there almost an hour before our food arrived. It was tasty and the portions were large. And the... More

This place was a blast! The ribs were perfect!! Rode the bull of coarse. Gotta check this place out! Staff was fun too. Our waitress rode the bull with no hands. Kinda sexy ;)

We were recommended to try this place by a VIP universal tour guide, with warning the service was bad but food was good. Well that was an understatement. It took over 30 minutes to get fries as We wanted to get my toddler settled. Drinks were slow and taking our order was even slower. After numerous reminders of the fries... More
