Really friendly staff, great burgers, even greater desserts and a fun atmosphere. Watch people try and ride the bull for as long as they can and toast smores over a camp stove. Great evening out and good value food!

We grabbed two plates nachos here when we were at Universal Studios. Enough for 6 people rather than 4!! The waiter was excellent, friendly, really professional. Food was excellent. Free soda refills and free candy floss at the end of our meal. It MADE our day. My husband jumped upon the mechanical rodeo for fun- loved it.

My family of 5 ate here for lunch while visiting the Universal Studios Theme Park. It's conveniently located at one of the park's entrances so we could pop out for lunch and pop back into the park. The place is basically a huge tent, so don't expect air conditioned surroundings. They do have music videos playing on their big screen... More

As a flight attendant of 13 years, I have eaten in thousands of restaurants around the world. I can say, without a doubt, this is hands down, the worst restaurant I have EVER eaten in! We went to Universal Hollywood for the day, and around 8pm, we decided to get something to eat and ended up there on Universal's City... More

The food here is really great, we especially loved the number of items on the menu that have BLACK TRUFFLES! The chicken pizza is to die for. The staff were friendly and the prices are farily reasonable, considering it is in a very touristy place and is right outside Universal Studios.

The restaurant is right outside the exit. Get your hand stamped sand you can return full and quenched. We had the chicken appetizer and split the club. The service was good and friendly. This, surely beats the fast food and trying to find a place to sit in the park.

Great patio to enjoy some relaxing time after tackling Universal Studios all day! The food was good. I had chicken chop salad....I gobbled it up. The onion rings were satisfying as well. My boys had hamburgers and fries....Totally good. The dessert menu is what was fun Cotton Candy a mile high and smores for the table... Fun all around!

Stopped by for lunch before entering Universal Studios. Employees were GREAT! Upbeat and very accommodating. Provided us drinks while we waited for a table, and were very attentive. Food was great and large servings(could've shared). Fire pits to roast marshmallows for s'mores was fun for kids as was the tower of cotton candy!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy a good time. We stumbled upon this fabulous place after driving from San Simeon ( restaurant was across the street from where we were staying.) What a pleasant surprise ! The drinks were amazing, food was delicious, but the best part is the friendly and courteous service. Especially the manager Moya.... More

I was expecting a lot more than what we got...Service was not great on a non busy day, For the price, my steak was pretty thin for a rib eye and not cooked the way I liked. Wine served in a plastic wine cup...seriously! The beer my friend ordered was not available. The fork they gave me for my steak... More
