they try to sit you and get rid of you as soon as possible. they don't give you enough time to finish your food or select some items from menu. Quality of food is below average and it is too expensive for this quality.

Loud environment with a selection of food that primarily caters to spice and more spice. Pushy wait staff who cannot take the hint that I am talking on the phone so I cannot respond to her repeated inquiries if I wanted my tea refilled. Sadly, there are not many decent food establishments in this terminal. So, I ordered the least... More

Located in the American Airlines terminal at LAX. We had a layover at LAX and decided to sit down for a small meal. My wife and I shared one of their pizzas. We had the pizza Margarita and were not that impressed. The pizza was pretty greasy and not that flavorful. It does tend to get a bit crowded with... More

Thought I would give them a try at lax while waiting on a flight. The pepperoni pizza was good but nothing exceptional. The lobster bisque was bad. The taste was off and the texture was worse. Instead of being creamy it felt like they tossed in a handful of rough cornmeal in to the bowl. Not good.

I had a long layover at LAX and needed to get something to eat. I ordered a Margherita pizza. The girl at the register wasn't terrible but she could have been friendlier. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. It took 20, which wasn't too bad. My pizza was hot and fresh and was delicious.

Very good pizza. Considering location at airport, selection for vegetarians is very limited. However, good taste and well prepared.

This is for the location at the LAX American Airlines terminal, Los Angeles, CA. The only other sit-down restaurant in the terminal has items like Spaghetti for $29 so Sammy's is a great value. I had pizza for like $15 which is a decent deal considering Campanile has pre-made sandwiches for $17!!! Now I've had Sammy's pizza a few times... More

Ate here during a stopover at LAX. Very good for airport food. Good service and fresh ingredients. Sliders were the best. BBQ chicken pizza was delicious but the chicken could have been slightly better. Crust was delicious. $$$ for lunch but of course it's an airport.

Deciding what to eat we decided on pizza. We figured that it would taste better than airplane food and cost about as much. We had the pepperoni and the 5 cheese. The pepperoni was good but the five cheese was awesome! It was so rich with a smokey taste. If you like cheese I recommend it. Overall a great experience.... More

We got up early for a trip back to DC area. Needed a good fast restaurant and Sammy's filled the bill nicely. This is a no frills no nonsense quick service but friendly airport food stop with clean tables and smiling service.
