They changed their menu a couple of months ago, reduced the number of options and added some new meals such as the freshwish which are rice paper rolls with different option: pork belly, shrimp, chicken, thai salad which are all gluten free option. They of course have all the Diners traditional meals from burger, to breakfast eggs, milk shake,... They... More

Arranged to meet up with some friends for breakfast whilst visiting LA and this was the chosen location. We were seated right away and given the menu which has a great amount of choice. I went with the pancakes and OJ. The OJ was freshly squeezed and delicious so couldn't really ask for more. The pancakes came and were very... More

Wanted a bit of lunch near our travelodge and walked past here. Looked busy and cool so popped in. Turned out to be an American diner but with a great diverse menu. Nice fresh drinks and and very friendly service.

We enjoyed sitting street side for a delicious lunch. The mango lemonade was a real treat, along with the loaded nacho appetizer. My husband, who tries veggie burgers at every stop, said this one was superior. My son enjoyed the pork belly sandwich. My cup of chicken and veggie soup with rice was very tasty. Fortunately I ordered the smaller... More

Stopped by for the first time for lunch because we were in the area, walking. The menu looked interesting and the waitress was very friendly. I like fresh, interesting salads or healthy sandwiches for lunch. Burgers are out for me. So I went over their extensive sandwich menu and settled for a Mediterranean falafel sandwich with roasted eggplant and tahini.... More

A neighborhood and tourist favorite for real L.A. neighborhood atmosphere and flare. Recently, a new menu was introduced which appeared to offer fresher food in imaginative combos. This confusing new menu, along with sloppy execution of it, has led to situation expressed in two words. Lousy Food. Examples, one of our party ordered Beef Ribs and Brisket. He asked to... More

Walk right in and take a table, the servers are nice as can be. Menu is good, we each got Wimpy burgers, delicious. We have been here numerous times and will keep coming.

I had heard that Fred 62 was amazing. I wanted it to be so, but it just didn't quite measure up. I had the Jucy Lucy burger - which was tasty, a bit greasy but still delicious. But the fries were a bit soggy. They tasted like they didn't get cooked long enough or they had been sitting a bit... More

Last Sunday afternoon, my boyfriend and I stopped in at Fred 62 after going on a hike in Griffith Park. I have been to Fred 62 several times, but it was my boyfriend's first visit. In fact, his first visit to Silver Lake. We shared two sandwiches and had a soup starter for the side. I loved the chicken noodle... More
