Very Nice!

We enjoyed our dinner here very much, although our waitress forgot about the appetizer that one of us ordered. Great atmosphere, and comfortable seating. It got very busy while we were there, so I recommend reservations.

We went there due to a suggestion from another friend. But the place was unexpectably amazinggg! We loved the food. It s slightly more pricier than normal restaurants. Around 25-30$ if you eat with a group of 4. The decoration was unique, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food, you think expensive food have little in quantity... You re wrong.... More

the Dresden Room has great food at great prices in an old world setting that continues to impress. The wait staff is always friendly, the garlic bread is addictive and the meat, pasta and fish are always perfectly prepared, and delicious

First time here - plenty of parking behind the restaurant for $3.50 but maybe that amount changes.. the interior is a gem- like walking into an Art Deco movie set- white leather like booths-chairs- just to sit in the inside of the restaurant is incredible... the food.. well I think I ordered the wrong things.. fish.. the sand dabs were... Been to the Dresden on several occasions. Try and catch Marty and Elaine, if you can, in all their unreal, awesome, campy glory. Food is delicious and not too expensive. Service is friendly and competent. Go have a steak and a martini and enjoy old school Hollywood at its best.

The Dresden's dining room was a location in one of the last "Mad Men" episodes, it's about as authentic as you can get. The ambience is retro-liciously classy, and often overlooked in favor of the kitschy bar scene. After all, what can compete with the infamous Marty and Elayne? The filet mignon, that's what. With their signature garlic bread, salad,... More

This was one of my favorite haunts and was so surprised to find that it is still there and the food is still just as great as years ago, hard to find restaurants like this, they usually go down hill with age. It looks the same from the outside, which may be disappointing but the minute you walk in it... More

Isn’t it cool when you go a great venue and it hits you that you’ve seen it somewhere before? Well, this is ‘one of those places’. Established in 1954, the Dresden Lounge has been serving some of the best VIP's the best steaks in Los Angeles. The restaurant its self has been featured in a few movies such as the... More

You sit in a dimly lit, white banquette lounge. It is what I remember from 50's films. You feel compelled to order a martini! We didn't, though. Instead we had the best prime rib I have ever eaten; thick, pink and tender. Of course it came with a bake potato with all the trimmings. If you want fusion or modern... More

This place is know for being in the movie "Swingers". Friends of ours in LA took us here for drinks one night. We had a great time. Get there before the talent goes on to grab a table. Once they start the place is completely packed and you will be standing for ever. Our friends knew this and made sure... More
