Duck bolognese=Heaven

An Italian restaurant, before a Billy Joel concert, with a chef named Fabio. How could I have gone wrong. The duck Bolognese I got from Top Chef finalist Fabio Viviani got the award for best dish of the Cali/Colo trip. Jill’s short rib ravioli was also a highlight. Not super expensive and good... read more

Tag service instead of dedicated waiter meant no consistency. Wine list very average and overpriced for the brands/quality of wine. Food OK but no way is this a first class restaurant. Popular, definitely, but I will not return.

The food is excellent as is the desserts. This is a pricey place but has food comparable to the cost. Our service was a bit sketchy and we had to ask for assistance several times throughout the evening for a table of eight. The selections for our group varied from pasta, to fish to steaks and everyone was very happy... More

This is a great place for a quiet business dinner or night out with your honey! You can tell that the chef really cares about the quality of his ingredients. The meal was as good as I have had in any fine dining establishment. The service here is also a cut above. I can't wait to get back and try... More

We went to Firenze Osteria and did the chef's table. All in all, this was average at best. The atmosphere and service were very good. Too bad the food wasn't. Maybe the regular menu is better. This wasn't what we would expect from a top chef caliber meal. We won't go back and would not recommend. There are too many... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant which is about 0.25 miles from our home, but on a street we rarely drive down. We were so glad that we did. Excellent service, inspired menu, perfectly cooked al dente house made pasta, affordable, impressive wine list adn a really nice ambiance. Can't say enough good things about Firenze.

Had a tough experience last time out, but went last night as last-minute, early new year's dinner with the family. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating and we were seated quickly. The waiter offered sincere and personal service, as did the rest of the staff, The pasta, fish and shrimp dishes were all tasty, well prepared and perfectly seasoned.... More

The location and inside of the restaurant were not what I anticipated. Kind of a non descript building that if you aren't watching, you will pass right by it. The inside is dark with no windows. I went around 6:00 and sat at the bar for dinner. Lots of parties were coming in for dinner, so the place was busy.... More

Warm, friendly Italian restaurant that serve very good food. We went for dinner last night and were not disappointed. The 4 of us had: Burrata cappresse, Caesar salad, truffle, lobster and shrimp mac and cheese, cioppino, steamed clams and rack of lamb. All were expertly prepared. As others have said, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return.
