We actually dined at the Sunset strip Mel's. It was very good typical diner fare, but it was the ambiance that I fell in love with. We ate at the curved bar while plugging quarters to hear Del Shannon and Dion. It was beautiful, it was retro and it had very tasty burgers. Oh, and cokes with real cherry juice.... more
