Fresh Food in a convenient location for LA Live guests

Went here for lunch twice while staying at the JW Marriott. Good fresh fare in a clean and convenient location. Had an omelet that was stuffed with fresh veggies and cheese first time and grilled chicken sandwich on second visit. Both choices were very good.

The restaurant is part of the LA Live complex and very convenient to many hotels. The food is very good and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I truly wanted this restaurant to be more. The menu was a bit lackluster. I tried the tuna trio and was simply just not impressed.

A long trip and needed something to eat and feel human again. This place did the trick. Big choice. Good food. Cold drinks. Really enjoyed it.

We ate at this location on a Thursday at 2 p.m. The area was quiet, and we were seated right away. Restaurant has a nice décor and a varied lunch menu. There is also an impressive drink and tea selection. The restaurant was not busy. Our server was attentive and helpful. We received complimentary cornbread (4 pieces), which was served... More

We stopped by here a few time for breakfast. Solid stuff at a decent price (compared to our hotel restaurant). The wait staff was very friendly.

At the LA Convention Center so dropped in for lunch. Atmosphere was fine and we were seated promptly. I ordered the CA omelet for lunch. It arrived without the potatoes I had requested and I finally flagged down the waiter to cite the error. He came back shortly with the potatoes which was somewhat hard and not very appetizing overall.... More

We had brunch there two days in a row. First day was fabulous. Best dish was smoked salmon w bagel. Tasty but expensive at $15. Add some steamed spinach to it for extra yumminess. Very reasonable and appropriate kid options. Second brunch service was so slow it was hard to enjoy. With empty restaurant we waited almost 30 for our... More

LA live and surrounding areas have many activities. Lotsa restaurants in thea area for pre-game & pre concert dining. We chose the Farm and had an average to above average meal experience. Casual atmosphere with good food. We tried the special gilled chicken with jalepeno grits....jalepeno grits are crazy good! Food server Jimmy got us in and out quickly for... More

First impressions are important and The Farm nailed it! Greeted with a smile at the front door, shown to a booth (and I was dining alone so that was appreciated), and greeted within 30 seconds of sitting down for my drink order. In fact, I chose this place because I reviewed the breakfast menu (on the building exterior) yesterday while... More

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
