Great Breakfast!

We stopped here for a quick bite before we needed to leave LA, and we were not disappointed. The food tasted extremely fresh, and the menu had enough for vegans to choose from (my friend is vegetarian). The service was just a tad slow, but truthfully it didn't matter to us - it gave us time to wake... read more

Imagine you're out for a Sunday brunch with your son who is an avid Sports Fan (a nut) and he (and you) want to watch his favorite team at the same time you are having brunch. So your son steps over to the bar which has the game on to catch a glimpse of the action and the manager comes... More

My friend and I stopped here before our husband's game at the staple center and we had a great time. Perfect place to get some wine and sharable appetizers. Must try is the brownie! So good!

We found this place after a long search for a cafe with outdoor tables. This is enough to make "the farm" one of the very few places in beverly hills!! The sandwiches were great. The value for money was not that great

I've eaten here multiple times (and reviewed great visits!) This time it was just okay. The Corn Chowder was still excellent. The Cobb salad REALLY disappointed. The avocado was almost completely brown and way too mushy. The salad tasted like it hadn't been washed...had a 'dirty' taste to it. The bitterness of the blue cheese didn't help. The chicken and... If you are hungry and not discerning you will enjoy the food. It is not special but will satisfy you none the same. The wine prices are exceptional.

We had a fairly typical breakfast here in which the food was not all that remarkable. We did enjoy eating outside and people-watching, which could be a sport all its own in this location. Now, let's talk about the brownies. They have their own special link on the website--with good reason. You need to get a brownie. Actually, you need... More

I ate lunch here while attending a convention at the convention center next door. Food choices were good, pricing was OK. I had an amazingly delicious goat cheese salad, some average tomato soup, and some sub-par sweet potato fries, so I guess this place runs the gamut in terms of what you'll get. Prices were a little higher than deserved,... More

We had a breakfast meeting in a private room. The food was served buffet style, and it was OK, but nothing to write home about. Being a breakfast meeting, everyone wanted coffee, and the coffee urns ran out a couple of times. The server was on top of thing when the plates needed to be cleared, just a bit slow... More

having checked in at the hotel we decided to get a bite to eat, we walked by a handful of restaurants and finally decided to eat here.. it was not a good start, when two servers argue in front of us who is going to be our server, and not in a way that they want to, more so they... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
