Celebrating life and love, we dined happily amidst the crowd of hip people. At first we were seated at a horrid table, surprising as the FS Beverly Wilshire reserved for us, but once properly positioned, the service was just the right amount of attentive, the fare was sublime. The lemon pasta was so rich yet subtle. The salt encrusted Bronzino... More

Angelini's is a combination of traditional Italian and modern in one. Being raised in an Italian home, Italians often embraced the foods from other regions and continents because they were at the center of trade during the crusades. Angelini's is a throwback as they have marinara based entrees, but also, they take other styles a food types and blend them... More

Yesterday I had one of the best meals I've ever had in Los Angeles. First the chef sent all of the diners a little sample of a red seafood chowder that was nothing short of orgasmic. Then my lunch date and I shared a crispy and delicious tree tri colore salad, followed by a halibut dish and tuna tartare on... More

Went here for a first date, which may not be the best idea because the acoustics are not good. It's VERY loud and it was difficult for my date and I to converse. But the food and service are very good, and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. I wish the reservation process could... More

Tucked away on a busy section of Beverly Boulevard, you might miss this treasure. Night after night, without fail, this place is absolutely packed, with a patient crowd waiting in line. The space holds just a few regular tables and there is a small patio space with outdoor heaters if you feel like dining al fresco on a more temperate... More

Absolutely delicious, authentic Italian fare in unpretentious neighborhood atmosphere. Good wine list. Knowledgeable sommelier. The white truffle pasta -- while a bit pricey at $100 per portion-- is amazing. Great service. Will definitely return.

In a city of fads this restaurant stays true to the tradition of exceptional real Italian food. Their pasta is always perfect. The wine list has something for everyone. The appetizers are seasonal and inspiring.

We had dinner this past Thursday night, based on a Fodor high mark of 28 for the food. We had to try it out. We ordered several dishes, tapas style. We were not diappointed. The atmosphere is basic, no frills, sit down and order. We will go back and would highly recommend this place for the food quality.
